You have my profile on record! And yet you send me surveys, that you must know, the surverier does NOT want someone with my profile! I end up being vetted from 5 to 20 minutes and then told "I'm not a match", and then dismissed from the survey. I'll bet I've wasted almost 1 to 2 hours in a given day trying to take surveys'. It's VERY frustrating!
The other issue is also time related. A survey says it will take a certain amount of time to take. Maybe 8 to 10 minutes for a small amount of points. Less than 40 as a example. But when you try to take it, it ends up being 20 to 30 minutes long. For that amount of points awarded, it's a complete waste of time! As a result it is often not filled out correctly or with honest thought!

Though we try our best to pre-qualify you for all surveys, there's always a possibility that you are deemed 'not a match' should you not fit the exact criteria our partners are looking for. Also, when a survey invite goes out, it can attract more Branded Surveys Members than originally planned and they fill up really quickly.
To report any future survey issues, use our "Report Issue" tool. This allows our team specialists to review the survey and credit you with the points you deserve, especially on ones that you've invested a lot of time in or encounter issues halfway/tail-end of the survey. Here's how:
1. Go to 'My Points' on your dashboard (bottom right 'more' button for mobile).
2. Scroll down and click 'Report Issue.'
3. Choose 'Report Issue' next to the specific survey.
Branded surveys have a lot of surveys to choose from that are very interesting and keeps you engaging your mind. The payouts are very easy and are very valuable. This is a great app.

Pretty nice surveys for the most part. Occasional screen outs every now and then but i still consider Branded far better than most other survey platforms.

Love completing the surveys; however it can get frustrating when you spend 20 minutes doing a survey and they tell you that you don’t qualify. That can feel like a waste of time. However the variety of surveys and the payouts are great.

The surveys are always interesting and informative. The surveys are short in length and questions are very reasonable. But, they tend to fill up fast with the narrow demographic.

I do feel that I do not qualify for many surveys and for this I give it a rating of 4.
Low points system for what I feel are long surveys.
I find that it is difficult to earn points when generally they seem to pop up when I am busy at work.
They should offer some surveys for the evening.

They are not honest and right with that point I have give a survey and didn't get a point or every time I get ready to do the survey I don't qualify I don't answer five or six questions and don't get nothing
