I ordered a Christmas gift for my wife in November and as of now received nothing. Lots of back & forth with of company and shipping company who supposedly lost the order. Asked me for my shipping address 3 times. I asked for a refund and Suuksess would do nothing but refer me to their shipping company. I was later advised to only order Suuksess through Amazon, not directly.
Really good customer service, they respond quickly and suggest solutions. A top I ordered was sold out so they contacted me and asked if I want an other top or wait until it's back in stock. I said I'd wait. They sent the other stuff straight away. After a couple weeks I asked them to replace the out of stock top with an other and they responded immediately and sent it. Amazing experience as a customer.
I wasn't sure if this company was legit but decided to give it a try. I got all of the products I ordered, & I got 2 free pairs of shorts with my order. Everything looks as pictured, & the material feels really buttery soft. I'll definitely be ordering from them again!
