The customer service was excellent however things are price just a bit High. I noticed some things that you can go buy a new for maybe a dollar more....or some was actual more than new in box. For example anything that is a hotel it's never the price advertised.
They had what I wanted, kept me informed of shipping and I received the products I needed very quickly. Overall a very good experience.
Purchased high heat candy molds and the hard candy just stuck to them, and when taking out lollipops the molds cracked and broke. Waste of money on my end
Merchandise met my expectations.. Exactly what I needed to complete a special Christmas cake for a party. FAST Courteous service. FAST delivery. The only downfall was delivery was as much as the merchandise.
Second time ordering and great experience both times! I live in Hawaii and shipping is horrendous,,, but both times they took care of me. Will definitely order from them again in the future!
I was very satisfied with my order and products were shipped same day.
I was very disappointed. I ordered 25 pounds of chips. I did not expect it to be in one bag although that is not why I am rating it a 2. I am giving it a low rating because the bag WASN'T EVEN SEALED!!!
Great customer service. I had to return items that I didn't like and I didn't even have to send them back. They just credited my account on the honor system.
Fast and responsible on your orders. All my items arrive safe and in excellent condition. Their candy molds are very good we have used them with many batches and keep in neat condition.
When mixup on order occurred, they were extremely quick to correct the problem
