Almost 3 weeks and I still haven’t received the item. Not I knew that, but I’ve just looked on my PayPal account and i have somehow have an automatic payment to this company, which I never set up. Keep away from these fraudsters, if it’s the last thing you do.
I made an order last week and got an order confirmation. Haven't received any word about the order being filled/shipped. Can't get them to respond to my emails and enquiries. I need the molds this week. What to do?
I received very fast excellent service. I was very happy with my order, price, how it was wrapped and very nice customer service! I would gladly order from them again!
Customer Service was responsive and helped me with all the questions I had. My order was received exactly as placed and there were no issues. It was a perfect shopping experience.
Great service and products. Goes above and beyond to ensure we are pleased.
Order was exactly what I wanted and came right on time. Not to mention the great price. Very happy!
Packing was broken and ants got in the package. Disappointing experience given the price.
Excellent, quick service. Excellent product!!
I received my molds very quickly. I’m getting ready to use them. Thanks for such quick delivery!
I love the product that I ordered were excellent! But more important than that the customer service is the best that I've ever had! I ended up accidentally ordering three different times and Eric was emailing me first thing the next morning asking me if I needed to combine them when I said that a product wasn't available he was able to find the right product for me and was in the course of 30 minutes had found the product fix the orders and had it on its way. The shipping is the cheapest of animals I've ever ordered on the internet! And it came two days ahead of another company that was twice as expensive for shipping. I would definitely order again and recommend anyone else to do so!
Fantastic molds. Good prices and fast shipping. I will definitely purchase from Sweet Treats Supply again. Thank you!
The product was exactly what I wanted and it came sooner than expected. Great people to buy from.
Love the sanding sugar! Very prompt delivery. Customer service is ahead of you making sure everything is ok and arrived on a timely manner. Will definitely do business with them in the future. Shells Sweet Creations!
Our one and only favorite company to get our oil flavors from. Thank you for the excellent service
Not the best taste but It got here fast! But I was disappointed because I didn't see the ingredients listed anywhere when I bought it. Also the peach and mango don't taste anything like the name! I do like the melon flavor though, and the lime flavor is pretty good in carbonated water also. I think it's like oil mixed with propylene glycol. All it says is Lime Oil on the ingredients but it doesn't make sence because it's water soluble. A recovered water soluble fraction from essential oil production maybe?
I called with a question about ordering online. The man I talked to fixed the issue immediately AND told me my order would be shipped that day! My order arrived very quick! Will certainly be shopping here again :)
fast, easy ordering, and my product was shipped out that same day!! Will definitely use this company again! GREAT service
I will be ordering again!!! Ty
