I tried Swirl Wine Shop after being given a promotional gift certificate for them. Ordering was super easy and the wine arrived with in a few days. The added discounts I received just for ordering made it an easy decision to order a bundle! It’s so nice to try new wines and not have to search through the inventory and hope I make good choices. I’ll definitely order from them again!
I was introduced to Swirl through my niece while searching for a good, affordable sparkling wine (Prosecco). Although I did not purchase it from Swirl, I was able to find my red blend and white wine. Their premium special was ordered incorrectly, and I questioned why my order only stated 6 bottles instead of 12. Swirl took great care of my order and sent out a second 6 bottle order at no extra charge to fix the issue. Thank you customer service, I will be ordering again, next time I be sure to select the correct option.
