Payed for an order almost a year ago and never received it. Tried to contact company many times, but no reply. Not sure what to do; curious if there’s any protection for customers if a company like this just takes your money
They have taken an order over 3 months ago and not delivered £211 worth of items. They are ignoring all forms of contact. Do not order from here!!!!
never received my order and they avoid after reading messages on facebook instagram and email avoid at all costs … march 2024 waiting 3 months lol
I paid £83 for a hoodie as a present for my partner and despite the rest of my order arriving, the hoodie was missing. I contacted the company many times and they ignored me so I never received it or got a refund. Avoid this company at all costs
I placed a first order in august via paypal and never received a confirmation email, but I payed. I had to fill a case with paypal to be refund. I placed a second order in september with my credit card and I received a confirmation email, but I have no news of the parcel since then (it has been 2+ months). Don't order on this website

Puoi tradurre il testo sopra citato in inglese ChatGPT It's a shame I've never seen the products offered by this website in person. I ordered in November 2022 and tried to communicate with them several times, but got no response until February, when they apologized for a technical issue due to their website being hacked. They assured me they had recovered my order and were proceeding, but even after a month, I hadn't received anything. Thankfully, I made the payment through PayPal and proceeded with a refund through them. After requesting the refund, they tried to contact me with a 10% discount offer for another order. Clearly, and with great regret, I gave up. In short, if you're willing to invest time and effort, you can try making purchases from them, but at least you know what you'll be dealing with, and I wish you better luck.
Made a mistake in my order and was scammed by the company, payed for two orders and only received one. Contacted the company multiple times, without any reply. Had to file a case against them and got my money (€125) finally back after 4 months from Paypal.
Two things: 1. the fit was far from advertised. not high quality. 2. I had to pay tax duties to DHL post delivery, in an amount close to the price of the t-shirt. The website does mention "client must gather information themselves beforehand" but it wasn't clear that the origin was bangkok and it is not customer friendly, not to provide actual information on that risk.
Super fast delivery and great quality. Fits really good with the fractal patterns on the right places. I bought a bikini and a jumpsuit to my wife for our next forest rave party. Now she’s counting the days.
