I had similar experiences like many others, having money stolen. I reported what were clearly fake 5 star reviews. I reported them to Seychelles Regulator and Eden Police and Trust Pilot
I was mercilessly attacked by them and 2 years on I am still getting bombarded with on average 5 spam calls a day, They use Robocalls.
I am pleased to see Trustpilot has finally warned people of the danger of these fraudsters. The UK FCA warned they are not regulated in the UK and should not even advertise here.
Well done Trust Pilot finally.
I have an account which was doing really well to start with but I have had no contact with my account manager Ben for over 3 months and my account balance has not changed as a result so I don't actually know how much money I have in my own account
He has never responded to any of my voice messages or messages I have left him via Messenger
I have used there "live chat" to talk to a "real person" though I am now thinking its only a Chatbot as nothing gets resolved. I keep being told that I will be given a new account manager and have been waiting 3 weeks for someone to contact me but as of yet 18/08/26 I am still waiting
As a result I have reported them to the Financial Conduct Authority and am waiting for their response
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
I started trading XAU USD (gold) with a small amount. I made a small profit, was persuaded to deposit more, and saw an even larger profit on the platform. When I tried to withdraw it, I was further scammed by inflated exchange rates and fees. The next morning, my profit hadn't arrived, and my account balance was negative.
I realized it was a scam and I had to find a way out. I did some research until I contacted "Kay Brin" and filed a police report. They handled my case with evidence and obtained a full refund of my capital. Before you invest, consider my experience. Don't fall for this, and if you have already been a victim, find a way out.
Coming across scam page of t4 on Facebook where people experiences are shared completely changed the way I looked at them. Reading what others had gone through made me realize how serious the situation could be. At this point, I’m just trusting the process and hoping everything works out
It is a real company, the problem is that it is run by people who don’t care about you. I trusted them and it was going ok, then I got a call from mark Matthews to say Ben Palmer had left and my account wasn’t updated. He told me I had around £20k in and that f I wanted to withdraw it I would need to top up the account, that was my first mistake, after that the account just went into massive drawdown and now it’s s blown, and mark matthews is blaming me. In the scheme of life I haven’t lost a fortune but don’t trust anything they say especially when the call you “my dear”, yuk, it’s such scammy talk, and they think you know nothing about trading. I think they are over risking. Just steer clear of them, learn to trade yourself so you have full control of your money.
Living in Southampton as an independent IT consultant, I was drawn into what advertised itself as an elite, fully licensed commodity trading firm guaranteeing physical delivery terms. Their marketing team utilized high-definition video testimonials and detailed breakdowns of automated liquidity pools, explaining their risk-mitigation strategies so fluently that my doubts were erased. Because their client onboarding team was incredibly corporate and articulate, I initiated a series of large capital injections, eventually tying up forty-two thousand pounds of our expansion reserves. Everything spectacularly unraveled the moment I urgently needed to liquidate a portion of the funds to cover an unexpected commercial tax bill; my dashboard was instantly locked and the account managers vanished. A deep technical audit of their network servers revealed the devastating reality that the entire platform was a complete digital mirage running simulated market data on a cheap, anonymous burner server. Understanding that standard regulatory channels would take years, I brought in (Fiscop` Advisor). They systematically utilized advanced cross-border asset tracking to intercept the funds before they could be completely laundered. By deploying targeted legal frameworks and leveraging international banking dispute mechanisms, (Fiscop` Advisor) successfully forced an immediate chargeback from the rogue processors involved. My livelihood and personal future were completely rescued from total ruin. I cannot recommend their forensic tracing and aggressive legal recovery services highly enough to anyone trapped in a similar nightmare.
I know many of you don't know about eddiessolution but you should try to join them and then you would realize you have been wasting your time here whereas there's a good one but you had limited information.
Please do you’re homework first wish I did this company is a scam I put money into it and had someone in the company saying they use ai to do all my trades and I don’t have to do anything so after a while I had made 7x what I put in so I asked could I close my account down and withdraw funds all I got was a load of crap saying that my funds will be negative. Which is a joke considering how much profit I had on the account now all contact has stopped this company needs shutting down I have cut my losses and learnt my lesson hopefully people see this company for what it is before more people lose money
After my own experience with T4trade and sharing my review on Trustpilot, I came across a page on Facebook where people affected by T4trade shared their experiences. I found the discussions helpful in understanding my situation and seeing that others were facing similar concerns. The page also provided information about the steps people were taking to address their situations, which I found useful.
This is a Seychelles/ Cyprus based rip off .
If you've put money in then it's lost for good .
I realised straight after I sent some money .
Firstly you are making lots of profit in your account it's growing at an amazing rate but it's not real it's just imaginary profits you are seeing .
Then they constantly phone telling you that you are doing so well so why don't you invest more , well that's just good money after bad .
When they stop phoning you your account immediately empties and your balance is just pennies but it was never real anyway .
As a final insult after they have stolen your money they sell your details to other people who in turn start ringing you to try and rip you off or better still tell you that they know T4trade have ripped you off , but they can help you get your money back from them lol .
Any review on here giving them 5 stars is fake and put up by them .
Stay away but if you've already put money in it's gone to the Seychelles or Cyprus.
I had a very disappointing experience with T4Trade. I was initially asked to invest £500, then £750, then £1,200. Every time I wanted to withdraw my money, I was told I had to deposit even more funds before I could access my account. So I invest another£1000 total amount £2200 but I was never able withdraw the money also no one there to help you and my account now is close. So don’t invest any money
I am very disappointed with T4Trade. They remove my deposit money $1,320.10 from my account t4trade account number 11225032 without good reason. This is not fair. I deposit my money and trade properly following all rules. When I make some profit ($275.80), suddenly they close my account and take everything including my original deposit. How can they take my own money that I deposit? I send complaint to them but they just forward to compliance team. No proper answer, they refused to review the matter further and said their decision was final. This is very bad business practice.
I am still waiting for my USD 1,320.10 deposit to be returned.
LONG SCAM - avoid at all costs!
They convince you over the period of few weeks the trading is going well and then you have to PAY to withdraw your funds & sign paperwork that they are not responsible for any losses. They then tell you 3 working days to receive the money but money never comes!
My T4Trade account balance was adjusted, but after the profit adjustment, my original deposit balance of $27,123 was also removed.
I have repeatedly asked T4Trade to explain why my deposit was taken, provide evidence for the decision, and return the remaining deposit amount. So far, they have not properly investigated or given a clear explanation, and they refuse to return my funds.
I am sharing this experience because a profit adjustment should not result in the loss of a client’s original deposit without a clear and justified explanation. Please be careful and keep full records of your deposits, account statements, and communication with support.
Consider another option. Clearer expectations and better transparency are desperately needed on this platform, where information is far too difficult to verify. I prefer the reliability of #ECHOMINE S#. Trust over trends. They make every transaction straightforward, every payment efficient, and the whole process dependable.
In a moment of madness, I invested £250 in t4Trade. In a follow-up call from one of their agents, I made it clear that I would not be investing further. All has been reasonably quiet since, and then I received a call from John White (?), informing me that the account was being closed (no reason given) and that my money would be returned, using a digital wallet. told him that I was abroad at that moment and could he contact me when I returned home. He said he would, but I was to make sure that I was talking to him and no one else. I have to say that I was suspicious anyway, but his comment about me making sure I was talking only to him, made me even more so. I'm not sure if he did contact me again, as whoever contacted me from t4trade (and there were a couple), never seemed to use the same mobile number twice. I've already written off the money I handed over, as 'John White' made reference to payment being made to a digital wallet, about which I have to admit to feigning ignorance - and, according to my account with t4trade, my balance is now the princely sum of £0.74! No explanation provided as to what happened to the rest of my £250.00. Definitely a case of "Buyer Beware".
I wish to remain annonymous at this time. I have used a different name to not be identified by the public or family members but Alexia and Mark know who I am and what they have done with my investment and the profits of £4,360.80 at 19.03 on 11/06/2026. I am reporting them to the Police and others so they can not do this to other innocent people and those vulnerable who are led into a false sense of security.
after joining as there was limited time before the registration closed to the public. I received a call from the office to go through all my details to open the account with them. The woman went through the details and how to deposit the £250.00 sterling. The next day I received a call from someone called Alexia James, t4trade manager 07418357479 (now in doubt it was her real name) who will be do the AI trading who wanted to talk to me and tell me about how the trading works and they protect my money. After providing me with the figures of what I could gain in profits if I were to deposit a sum of £5,000. To which I said I could not do. So I then deposited £250.00 on speaking to Alexia James as she was the manager in trading and she explained that yes you can lose some money but would never lose all as they have a strategy that they use being only 10% of your margin at a time, to ensure that you would never lose all your investment. Having taken screenshots of all the increases. I told Alexia that I need to withdraw some monies in mid June to get my mobility vehicle and she said that had I have put in more money, I could have had my car monies already and more. i then invested a further £250.00 totalling £500 in sterling albeit under jurest. Alexia still said that she will continue to invest 0.03 now instead of 0.01 on gold. on the 11th of June I screenshot my account again and it was now at £4,360.80 with margins of £361.40 bonus credit £40 and equity £501.89. this was late in the evening when the trading is closed on 11th of June 2026. no contact was made from Alexia at all and to date she has not contacted me nor has she answered the phone to which she has called me on every week sometimes twice for the last 2 months plus. The emails are now not going through either. around 19.03 about 10 - 15 minutes later I logged in again and all my money was gone and now the account was at £-9.65. After 10 minutes the account was at £0.01 where it remains until today. I sent a text message saying really Alexia as this is not acceptable at all. She still has not returned my calls to explain what she did because it is a SCAM. On the 12th of June 2026 at 11.27am, I received a call from a man who said he is her colleague named Mark Coles on 07520 653656, who told me she is too busy to speak to me and tell me why all my money has disappeared. he claims he will look into it and get back to me by 5pm on friday evening, (I knew he wouldnt). He then had the cheek to say he will give me 500 bonus for me to start again from the beginning, I said I will not be depositing another penny. because this is a scam and will be reporting you. I have not heard back from neither this Alexia nor her senior colleague Mark. I will be contacting my bank, but am so embarrassed that I got scammed as no way can an account just lose from 4 thousand plus to nothing in fact below minus.
Alexia was made aware that I will be withdrawing money to put towards the purchase of my motability vehicle and so she may have manipulated the figures to take the funds - investment and profits before I could withdraw any as the trading would have been closed so it makes no sense that this can be lost suddenly. UK FCA or government should do something to stop these fake companies being able to scam the british public, they target vulnerable people who may need money or a least a bit more than they have. This is not right. The word disappointment is an understatement as have screenshots of all the increases in profit daily and the call log.
Alexia now does not answer her phone, it just goes to answer machine, I want my money and I am not the person for them to do this to and will use all legal measures possible to expose them as SCAMMERS
