Ordered from UK so had to pay extortionate non refundable shipping fee and the sizing was wrong. Body was fine but cup covered maybe 1/3 of my boobs, and not in a flattering way. Their website stated this particular model was up to cup K, which is obviously not the case. Waste of money.

Horrible customer service via email. Trying to resolve an issue is becoming very complicated with the company’s customer service email. They keep asking for the same information again, again, again, and again. It’s taking me so much time to escalate the issue to have a manager review. Unacceptable for a brand who is wanting to be upscale.
I continued to attempt resolving the return request issue via email but I keep getting asked the same questions. It’s very frustrating.

Horrendous customer service. Ordered almost $1000 of bathing suits. Package was delivered to my locked mailbox completely open with one suit missing.
Have tried multiple times this week to get a human to assist me. Only “customer service” is an email BOT who is useless and you have to start the whole process over and over. I have sent photos of the damaged package and details and then they ask all over again the same questions. I would expect top notch service for a company selling $200 bathing suits. If a human doesn’t take care of this I’m returning everything and will dispute the charge with my CC company for the missing piece even though I paid extra for insurance which was useless. Beyond disappointing experience.

I just purchased my 5th TA3 swimsuit. As always it is amazing!! I am a medium but 36 H bra and these are my only option for a suit that fits all over and feels couture! Perfect every time! And amazing customer service!

At first I was hesitant about the price point. I’m used to swimwear that’s either made with thin material, and shapewear that flattens more than shapes but I ordered two from TA3 and they are incredible!! The surfy and chewy had the exact right amount of coverage in the back to show off the booty without having it all out. The corset snatched my waist beautifully and the thick fabric smoothed everything out. I’m a busy working mom in my 30s but these suits have me feeling hot af!! Can’t wait to be at the pool all summer in these!!
