After two months of emails and repeated attempts to get my order delivered, I finally had to file a chargeback with my credit card company. Customer service kept giving me strange excuses and eventually stopped responding altogether. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company at all.

Good quality and brand as promised. Received the items in time. Will buy from the store again.

Not having the ability to track a shipment is unacceptable in this age of technology. I'm at day 5 since order and nothing, I've emailed their general "help" email account with a request for updates, no response. Not having an actual phone number to help with customer service is also not cool. Makes me feel like I've been scammed by another bogus online middleman who's just sending stuff direct from China.
