Very good customer service
I have ordered here a couple times in the past and have had zero complaints. I recently placed an order in which unfortunately it turned out the item was not actually in stock. Bummer, but James with customer service reached out to notify me, and I was given the choice of store credit plus a discount for the inconvenience, or a refund which I opted for and received quickly in just 2 days. So even though things didn’t go as planned, mistakes happen but they were very quick and helpful making it right. That means as much if not more than just a “good price/fast shipping” experience/review.
