Buyer beware
Buyer beware. Emailed to confirm item was IN STOCK, then ordered to be informed it was not in stock. Refund was a fiasco, took 3 weeks to get my money back. Finally found Their phone # on BBB website, they dont answer or return requests for call back. Hate to see this happen in the gun industry as we are already fighting oppositions we dont need to treat each other this way.

Real competitive prices that makes it hard to look anywhere else. Which is why I ended up buying from here after comparing to many other stores and their prices.
The customer service response time has…
The customer service response time has been very poor. I purchased a Sig Sauer FOXTROT1X Tactical Weapon Light, which turned out to be defective, and I need to return it for a replacement. However, the sales representative from Tactical Surplus USA informed me that they are currently out of stock. They offered me a full refund and asked for my home address to send me a return label for shipping the item back. I provided my address, but I am still waiting for a response. I made the purchase on July 10, 2026, and as of July 19, 2026, I have not received the return label. Please respond promptly so we can resolve this issue. Thank you.
