Wasn't sure at first about this company when I came across them. They found me a great deal.

I would give them a 0 if I could , just a warning to anyone looking to buy from them, I should have listened to some prior reviews, no product in stock , requested a refund , which I never received, they don’t get back to you , no phone # , red flag warning, if the deal sounds to good to be true it is, don’t deal with tactical surplus, over a month no money returned

Bad communication and delayed shipping......

I chose this business because they claimed to be a USA family business and I try to patronize these type of businesses over big name/branded online stores. I may need to abandon that practice after this horrible experience. Bad communication, no tracking numbers and leaves the customer hanging when questions are made on the website and when replying to the emails. Shipping was verrrrrry slow and as stated before communicating with the vendor was abysmal. I had to open a dispute through the bank because of the poor handling of this by the company that left me in doubt. The website never updated from "Processed" to shipped or tracking displayed. The system they are using is in need of a major overhaul as well as whatever business model they have chosen to use...or maybe they need to get one. Either way some experienced help may be in order. The Good: great packaging, no damage, order was complete. I was considering this vendor for future purchases yet sadly this is going to most likely be a one-shot deal. I think this is an honest representation of my experience and regret it is not a positive one. I leave reviews when they are good or bad for a company. This was not so good and as I stated will not be returning for future dealings with them. Buyer beware.

I still have not received my order after 3 weeks. No tracking number was sent. You have not responded to my emails but send me emails everyday for promotions. You took my money and then nothing. Refund my money now!!
