I sent an email on what was wrong and how can we fix this before you rate us. No one ever got back to me after I sent the email. My issue was the quality of the new number/info decals and the print of the actual card. Having went with this company instead of the previous one I used I have the ability to compare the quality. The decals were lesser quality as they were quite thinner than the previous ones. The print of the cards I purchased were of lesser print quality. The majority of the print that should have been a bold dark black was grey at best. The FAA logo on one of them had been been oriented wrong with the outer band of words the wrong way around. I told them this in an email weeks ago but I have had no reply as of yet.

They reprinted my stickers except only sent half of the order and not the effected stickers. So they knew they were poor quality and didn't reproduce them but made their review look like it. No contact from the company and I am not compliant because of their second and first error...
