Francis and I stayed on the phone for nearly an hour while he helped me troubleshoot an issue by walking me through uploading screenshots and resolving the problem. The internet connection inside the building was very poor, which made the process take much longer than expected. Throughout the entire call, Francis remained patient, professional, and courteous. He never rushed me and took the time to make sure we gathered all the information needed to resolve the issue. His level of patience and customer service was exceptional. That is why I am giving Francis five stars. His professionalism is outstanding and well above expectations.
