The manual to build the bike was NOT…
The manual to build the bike was NOT user friendly, and the pictures were in black and white making it difficult to make out some of the details needed to execute the build. Also, I called the customer number and reach a woman that I could hardly understand due to her accent and not only could she not answer any of my questions or help me, she either hung up or the call dropped not once but two times. 1 week after having the bike, the bike tube popped and I was stranded and needed assistants!
T73 ProMax - personal rocket
Item arrived quickly, with excellent communications. The bike required less assembly than the 5 eBikes I handled at Christmas. Performance is great - 37mph unlocked and very strong brakes. After assembly and testing, I removed the second-rider foot pegs, because they are too close to the pedals. I also found the steering column required tightening that was not mentioned in the manual.
