I am a new customer with tax exemption because I work for a school and was concerned the setup of the account would be a long time. Customer service was kind and quick to respond. The website very efficient. Items ordered were delivered in a proper timeline. Updates on items and shipping were sent. What can I say, Tanner Bolt knows how to treat their customers.

First experience - OK became GREAT!
My first experience with Tanner Bolt was in regard to a small order of about 20 unique items, to be used as samples, upon which we could evaluate if the products would work for our business. Future / larger orders would be based on this information. Even though there was a very slight issue, it is the manner in which the folks at Tanner fixed it that deserves 5 stars. Old school, good people, prompt attention, doing the right thing - that is my first experience. Thank you especially to Freddy C & Eddie N! They certainly earned a new customer!

Real employees with real answers
A business that answers the phone and answers questions! As a business owner, I often don’t have time to go back and forth with emails or chatbots to get answers, Tanner had my questions and concerns answered and addressed with a few quick minutes.
