I got scammed.
When I placed my order, it was through the Instagram app after clicking an ad for Tapestrymarket. For some reason, after submitting my order the delivery details looked wrong... as in not even close to the correct details. I suspect either a glitch with Instagrams autofill feature or VPN issues? I've sent countless emails, messages on social media and even commented on their posts to try and get their attention to fix the issue before the items ship, as even the country was incorrect. I've just now received notification that my items have been shipped... to the wrong address in a completely different country. There is no way to contact the business aside from email and you don't get any responses, and there's no way to report issues with an order either. They just take your money and that's that. I haven't received my items and it's likely I never will. I doubt I'd even get a refund as no one actually responds to emails. Complete waste of money. I feel like I've been scammed.

The kits I ordered arrived exactly when they were promised and were exactly what I expected. This was my second order and I have been extremely satisfied.

Ordered items went missing and kits had to be resent. Customer Services investigated and resent the items asap.
I really like the selection
I really like the selection. Delivery was quick, but tracking my delivery was not updating. I had chosen 5 cross stitch kits to get the buy4 get 1 free, but somehow 1 of them got removed from my cart and I didn't realize until the order was processed (my bad) so I missed out on that deal.

Recently finished a cross stitch ordered from Tapestry Market. Delivery to Ireland was over a month, but it was expected. Very reasonable prices and always a deal to be had (5 for the price of 4 and a 10% monthly discount) Pattern printed really well clear, plenty of thread and when finished the pattern dye came off quickly leaving no traces. The only gripe I have is with the page containing the pattern and code, I wish it could have been bigger. Will definitely be using them again.

Pattern colour too dark
Love my items. I would like them more if the pattern was not darker than the colours. Stitching white on top of a red pattern is not good

I accidently ordered as a free customer instead of on my login account. I received a mail via paypal that the payment was ok, but I never received an email from TapestryMarket to confirm my order. But everything was ok, I received my order 18 days after ordering it. So not receiving an email doesn't mean you don't receive your order. Second time I'm ordering on TapestryMarket and very happy with the service and the cross stitch packages.
Sun/Moon kit
I purchased the Sun/Moon kit. The pattern and colors are beautiful. The floss is bright & seems to be of good quality. My issue is the way it is stamped. Its off the squares, the colors take up 2 squares it's not centered. I dont know if it can be finished. Also, the borders are way too small. use tape to keep the image from fraying. Their kits are beautiful, but not sure I would buy another because of the misalignment

Patterns need improvement
The kits are a good deal. This review would be five stars if the pattern on the non-stamped cross stitches were of better quality. Instead of each stitch getting a small square as most patterns are, these ones are set up in one inch sections…100 stitches just there with no divisions. Some of the symbols for the colors are similar so you need to be -very- careful. A possible solution would be to email the customer a PDF version of the pattern.

I have ordered a printed 11 count crossstitch kit. It is great so far. In the instructions they say when it is done to soak in 30 degree water temperature, for the printed park would (for a lack of a better word) dissolve. Nervous about that. Has anyone done this?

Insufficient quantity to finish the job
I had a problem with the quantity of threads on 2 works and after complaining to customer service, the missing threads were sent back to me fairly quickly. I am quite satisfied!
The colors do not match the image
The colors do not match the image. I mean a dark brown Christmas tree? Another pattern: backstich in image is not on the pattern and the yarn for it isn't there. I guess you get what you pay for. But this is really low quality. Such a big disappointment! I wish the patterns were made and checkes by professionals.
