After waiting almost a month my order finally arrived. Although the designs are beautiful, I do not believe these are cross stitches at all. They are more like embroideries. Instructions on how to do the various stitches needed are vague and confusing. The colours on the diagram do not match the colours you have to stitch, supposedly to make things easier to understand, which it does not. Throughly disappointed.

The kits came fully stocked and well printed. I’m about to start one tonight so I don’t know about how well the quality of the picture is but I did choose a low count and detail is lost in the 11 and 14ct. It arrived so fast! Faster than orders I’d placed earlier from local suppliers. I do love the suction threader and the mobile device holder for my tablet. Can’t wait to finish my patterns and order more!
Unhappy with 1 of my stamped cross stitch kits. When they stamped the ink for the pattern it is off. It doesn't not line up with the holes in the material which makes it a pain to stitch!

I purchased the ginkgo leaves cross stitch several months ago. There were no directions regarding how many strands to use. I made the decision to use 4 strands since this was the minimum to use and achieve coverage of the canvas. The problem is that there was not enough yarn/thread provided. I have spent $62 thus far to purchase more yarn/thread in order to complete the project which is approximately 75% completed. I did not contact the company to share this concern so I don’t know if they would have done anything about it but assumed they would not. I will not purchase anything from this company.

This was my first order from Tapestrymarket - I got one stamped kit and one unstamped. I've never used "stamped" fabric before so I was more than a little confused when I opened my pattern with no care instructions whatsoever, but a quick Google search revealed that the unsightly grid lines simply rinse out. The packaging of the kits is obviously "low budget," but hey, so are the prices! Even so, the thread is beautifully organized and multiple needles are included with each set. Shipping does take some time but as long as that's not a concern, I expect I'll be pleased with any future orders. I did deduct one star because the pattern (on the paper) is insanely hard to read. You only get one grid line every 10 squares - the colors and shapes (some are solid squares, most are shapes that have a wide range of percentages of white space) get all jumbled. This isn't the biggest issue with the stamped fabric, which duplicates the pattern, but I'm kinda dreading trying to read the pattern for the unstamped kit.
I haven't had problems before and had ordered several times. This last order was done March 3 it still says awaiting shipment, they have my money, but I haven't received anything. I emailed customer service but get the same response its not valid. I used to talk up this company, but now, I regret doing that. Its a shame because I really liked their product.

The pattern is a mess. It doesn't show individual squares for each symbol, it's just loose symbols, so if you have 3 or 4 of the same symbol together, good luck trying to figure out exactly how many you should stich, or trying to count how many spaces between stitches. Also, the clothe that came with it is a dingy, blue-grey color that might be okay for Halloween but not for the spring design I ordered and that was advertised with a white background. I was very disappointed. I will not be ordering from this site again. The reason I gave it 2 starts instead of 1 was because it came in quickly and I did technically get what I ordered just with a much lower quality than I expected.

I have ordered these before and my last 2 turned out perfect. But the last one I ordered the threads were not close to the correct colors and one thread came with two strands and it was not enough.
I ordered the buy four get one free on March 1st. Said all were in stock, shipping in 3 to 4 days. They got their money. I got confirmation that I ordered and they got their money. Not a word since. Try to email them and it kicks me out. On Monday March 20th I will file a complaint, unless I have got shipping with tracking. I will file with Facebook, PayPal and Kansas Attorney General as thus is fraud.

The tapestry I orders is not the one I received. I have no idea what it is to look like when I get it completed. I have ask 4 times for them to send me a picture of the one I received so at least I know what it looks like when I finish it or send me the tapestry of the one I ordered. Have not received neither nor response yet. The sad part is I was so happy when I seen the post cause it was exactly what I was looking for. Not only that but it is for my daughter-in-law for Christmas.
Hello,The canvas is stamped, the printed colors in canva are just symbols.We send you the correct product, the color of the print can be washed out after the canvas is embroidered
Never received order. Was ordered on January5th 2023. Had sent several e-mails and only received one message back. And that was 2 weeks after it was ordered. All messages since then have be ignored. The order states it is active and awaiting shipment. Finally filed a dispute with PayPal. I hope this can be resolved. I liked this company when I saw all the different Counted cross stitch kits and when I reviewed the reviews.
It took alittle longer then I thought it would not when I got my order. I was so.pleased! I love how the thread was already sorted. The Kitsap are beautiful!
