Had a mishap with a pattern that I am currently working on. I told them the wrong pattern number and once I got the right one I resent the request. They sent me the pattern in 1 day! Excellent customer service and I will definitely be using them again when I need more.

Hello, currently all European countries have started to collect VAT tax. There are clauses at the bottom of the website that state which countries need to pay tax. VAT tax is collected by us and paid by us to your country. You can see this additional deduction when you pay the order.
So far so good.
