Easy website, great phone support
Easy website. I called and the customer service was very responsive to my questions. The shipping cost was outrageous. So I ordered a bit more to get free shipping. Maybe that was their plan. I will use Taylor Security again when needed.

I had a question and web site stated there was a chat option below - which wasn't there. I called twice and kept getting forwarded to someone's phone mail, left a msg and didn't receive a call back.

website pop ups made ordering very hard. shipping cost was far more than actual. not likley to shop again

Address not printed correctly and still waiting on item over a week when it typically takes 2 days! Still in UPS transport! Despite the order taking over a week to arrive, Taylor overnighted another LCN closer and I now see UPS finally returned the original shipment to Taylor Security.
