Extremelyyyy high interest rates
Interest rates are beyonddd what one would imagine, total rip off, and they are no help. I speak to someone with broken English basically telling me to F off.

I borrowed $1600 to pay back $9000 that is ridiculous. This company fail to explain the terms of the loan. Now I’m stuck paying twice a month for well over a year. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Business hours are inconsistent with service, does not follow posted timeline.
Business hours are only until 5 p.m. CST (not a problem per se), but loans are typically not deposited until 5 p.m. CST or later (I would call this factor a problem). Customers whose loans are not deposited when expected are unable to call and speak with a representative due to the odd timing of the loans. This is inefficient and frustrating to the customers. Specific to my experience, I had to wait two business days to receive my loan in addition to the weekend, and whenever I reached out to customer service via email, I received very unsupportive generic responses the next day, simply stating the typical deposit timeline. This was most unhelpful, as that timeline had already been passed. The review process was practically painless, and I have only praises for that, but the deposit timeline and "help" were quite unsatisfactory. I understand that customers have few options anyway, seeing how anyone who accepts such a ridiculously high APR is probably desperate for financial assistance of any kind, but the timeline in relation to business hours shows very poor and inconsiderate service.

There is a 269% interest charge
There is a 269% interest charge. I'm being charged DAILY. My interest is $100+ & it's only been a week since I've taken the loan the out. Since writing this review 4 days ago, my interest alone is at $176.88. Absolutely ridiculous.
