I always have a good experience with TechMikeNY. I've bought 2 servers and multiple hard drives in the past. One hard drive went bad after a day of use, and they sent another one right away, not waiting for the other to arrive. Give them your business, you wont be disappointed. The candy that arrives with new servers is a nice touch too.
I appreciate that they wanted to authenticate package's NYC origin, but including three cockroaches in the box was unnecessary.

Fast shipping, great product
We have ordered many servers from TechMikeNY. The only time we had an issue is when the shipper damaged one of our servers and TechMikeNY, immediately sent out new parts to fix it. Awesome prices, quick turn around, and great support. I would highly recommend them.

Super fast delivery. Was expecting 5-10 business days. Ordered before lunch on a Friday and received the following Thursday afternoon, NY to GA. Ordered a Dell R730xd and it was well packaged with components I ordered properly installed. The online order process was smooth. It's too bad the market has jacked up prices on drives and memory but I still believe TechMikeNY was competitive with what I paid.

My new server was squeaky clean and immaculately packed. The inclusion of a box of Nerds and a dual-sided USB-C/USB-A drive was a great touch. The shipping was fast, and even came a day early. I was able to power up and log right into iDRAC and verify everything without issue. From website to the box at my door was nothing but a positive experience!
