Responsive and pleasant to deal with. Several months has passed, we needed an Enterprise IDRAC license for our servers coming from the Express version. I inquired if our purchase from last year included an Enterprise license, to which they responded quickly, advising us that it is indeed included but the license was sent out by Dell a little later after the hardware shipped. No issues here, just impressed on the speed of their aftersales support, 9 months from the purchase date.

Took a couple of days to get the file, which is expected with IDRAC, but other than that everything went well and way cheaper than going to Dell! Support also answered my question quickly and helped me with any issues.

Buying used spinning disks is always a risk. I knew going into it there was a chance of getting some bad disks. A couple of the drives were throwing IO errors, but TechMikeNY's fantastic support team sprung into action and I had replacements with a couple of day. Fantastic parts, prices and service! Prices are good. I ordered some rails for a Dell server and they were shipped same day despite ordering in the afternoon. Shipping costs aren't bad. They are very responsive.
