First time buying refurbished hardware. Excellent user experience on their website. Prices were competitive. Visibility into the shipping process was great. Items arrived packaged securely, functioned as intended. When I realized I'd forgotten some components, the team got back to my email right away. Did later have to RMA one of the disks, which was also a quick and easy process. Everything about this experience was great.

Turnaround time from digital license purchase to receipt took about one and a half business days (technically longer b/c it went over the weekend.)
Would be better if a digital purchase like a license was received the same day it was purchased.
