My Dad developed signs of Dementia 3 years ago and he developed a habit of walking around the village so we got a GPS tracker . Over the years it has been extremely useful to track his location . Tranqquil were easy to talk to and always provided valuable feedback on any queries we had. Thanks
We have used the tracker to support us in keeping our mate safe due to dementia. It’s important to keep it charged up, it was used as a backup to other devices, would recommend the tracker if you need to keep track of vulnerable persons

Firstly the device worked flawlessly. The web app /IOS app could use a facelift but it works and isn’t too hard to navigate. But equally important: every single interaction with Tranquil was sensitive and helpful. From the initial setup and answering all of our many questions to assisting after my father passed, they were unfailingly helpful and concerned.

Well. It’s a brilliant device on the rare occasion it works! If I could give the device zero then I would. However, customer service is brilliant.
The tracking device we attached to my mother’s keys gave us and her the utmost safety and support we could have wanted whilst keeping her safe and ensuring she felt she had independence too. Overall the watch has several useful functions for caregivers who seek to keep their loved one safe, like the two-way call connection, the emergency button, and the locking wristband. Although the GPS function can be adversely affected in urban centers, it is helpful to work with customer support to find ways to deal with such problems. Hopefully, in the future, the technology will improve.

Last year, I was looking for ways of knowing where my husband - in the early stages of dementia - was when he was out and about in his home town. At that time he was living independently & I used to meet up with him for breakfast / coffee in a favourite pub. The tracker allowed me to know whether he had arrived or was on his way. However, as his condition deteriorated (I had attached the tracker to his keys), he would forget to lock the front door & to take the keys with him. However, when he started having carers who ensured his keys were in his coat, we were able to find him when he went ‘walkabout’. Unfortunately, after 12 months he needed residential care and, when he does want to go out now he is accompanied, so the tracker in not required. The company was very understanding when I realised that our subscription had been automatically renewed and they hadn't received my email cancelling it. They refunded the renewal and waived the 30 days notice for which I am very grateful.

This might be the best company I've dealt with in any field in quite a long while. The tracker I bought to enable my family to keep tabs on my father was excellent. The tracker itself and the subscription were very reasonably priced. The customer service was exceptional, particularly with regard to setting up the tracker. The Tranquil/TechSilver staff were patient, helpful and professional. They cancelled the subscription without enforcing the notice period when my father passed away. Can't rate them highly enough.

The initial ordering and setting up of the GrandPad was made straightforward with the help of the lovely team at TechSilver. Fantastic customer service The GrandPad itself offers so many, well thought through activities and connectivity that people with cognitive difficulties can easily navigate. It was reassuring that the design made being connected with family and friends on a platform that protects the end user from harmful scams etc, was so simple to use. When Mum could no longer use a mobile, she could still receive video calls and send messages to us. My only wish is that I had found out about GrandPad sooner. Don't delay!! Get one now. Great and wise use of technology.

The GrandPad was transformative in allowing my elderly parents to stay in contact (we lived in different countries), especially when they lost their ability to use other technology. Even my Mum, with advanced Alzheimer’s, was able to use it (she called it ‘her computer’). I also can’t fault the technical support. I have had very few technical difficulties or questions over the 6 years I used the GrandPad (it’s a robust and intuitive technology), but on each occasion they responded quickly and courteously and fixed the problem straight away. I have recommended the GrandPad to many people and am only thankful my friend found it at the start of the pandemic, which enabled me and other relatives to chat with my parents daily. I have no hesitation in recommending this company for exemplary customer service and invaluable technology.

After much research, I finally chose Techsilver GPS tracker. So I could have peace of mind, when my partner went out for his daily runs and walks. I needed some help to set it all up, and the tech team were very helpful. The tracker and the App were very easy to manage. Sadly, my partner no longer runs or walks, so I did not need the tracker any more. I contacted Customer services and left a message. I was contacted by them the next day and spoke to a kind and understanding man. I was reassured that my subsription would be cancelled. I feel that the team at Techsilver care very much about the people who use their trackers to maintain independance during their Dementia journey.

Used the keyring tracker when my elderly mother started wandering due to mixed dementia..the app was easy to use and offered reassurance on my mother's whereabouts. Great customer service when we did need help from quicksilver ...I would definitely use again if needed.
