The customer service is exceptional. Nicole, who has assisted me over the years with my event projects, has always been very helpful and ensured everything was completed on time, even under tight deadlines. The products are highly durable and of excellent quality, lasting many years.
Great experience. From start to delivery. Andy was very helpful and answered all my many questions. Design was easy and they created exactly what I wanted, the first time. Once the tent arrived, it was even better than I had hoped. I highly recommend Tent Craft.
As an artist participating in outdoor art festivals, I can't give enough positive feedback on my, Made in USA, MonarchTent! This tent stands firm in high winds when other tent brands are literally blowing down the street and because of the water resistant fabric in the roof and walls, there's no rain or heavy dew coming in to ruin my watercolor paintings. MonarchTent is very heavy duty but I can set it up by myself (altough I usually have help). Invoicing is accurate with no "hidden" fees. Customer service is stellar... friendly, professional, knowlegeable and prompt to answer any questions. (Thanks, Brianna).
Tent Craft provides exceptional customer service. The part that I find truly amazing is that when you buy a canopy, the first customer service representative is the one that helps you for all of your future needs. Their product is a quality product that has all replaceable parts in case of storm damage. Yes, they are expensive, but you get exactly what you pay for. This is not your $100 canopy from WalMart.
