X 5 AWD: Premium and Substantial Build Quality; Very Easy and Quick Build Out-The-Box and Wonderful, Delightful Experience dealing with Customer Service
I am a 46 Year Old EBike Enthusiast who essentially Retired and Upgraded my Lankeleisi MG740 Plus after 3000 Miles and moving to a Village I found the 20 Amp Battery inadequate sadly, so I done many hours of 'Due Diligence' and placed the Order for the Tesway X5 with a whopping 60 Amp to cover RANGE ANXIETY! Knowing what I was buying, I was overjoyed to discover the X5 built "Like A Tank" and generally VERY WELL DESIGNED INDEED. What's more, Tesway Customer Service have been truly REMARKABLE and responded to my every Message in a Heartbeat(!). Have had this bike for 7 months
Have had this bike for 7 months. Absolutely love it. Battery range is exceptional. I do 21 miles a day round trip commute and the battery is still at 65% when I reach home. Battery percentage would be higher if I was riding on eco mode. Motor is extremely powerful, especially if using AWD, the torque is insane. Rear wheel motor alone is more than capable and this is how I mainly ride. Hill climbing is so easy when using AWD, no matter how steep. Only slight con is, the bike is heavy, but that is due to the robust frame and large battery.

I had a Tesway X9 before the X5 and…
I had a Tesway X9 before the X5 and what a difference the X9 was a nightmare for me as I really struggled getting my leg over ? the back wheel and felt that I would fall off all the time but the X5 is totally different as it’s a step through and with the the saddle down i can reach the floor and it makes a huge difference and in AWD it will get you anywhere also I don’t ride into the city centre as the police and other wardens can stop you and confiscate you e-bike so I ride on cycle paths and backstreets to avoid them but it’s a great bike thee X5 and I’d recommend it to anyone 👍

The cycle is second to none well built…
The cycle is second to none well built safe gives a very secure ride , worth every penny, performance is well a (wolf in sheep’s clothing ) 70mls now still on full 5 bars, brakes stop you well this cycle has been thought about in building and design, made an OAP very happy I mean it TESWAY thank you all you have changed my daily life out every day now such value for money.

Had the bike in less then a week from when we ordered and it's a very solid bike only put on about 20 miles but so far no complaints the dual motor makes a huge difference in power

Absolutely shocking company – avoid at all costs
I have never dealt with such poor customer service or such a complete disregard for consumer rights.
I paid around £1,500 for an e-bike that turned out to be plagued with faults. First, the battery was faulty. Then I waited weeks for a replacement. After that, the motor failed and had to be replaced as well. The result was that I was left without a working bike for around six weeks.
This wasn't just an inconvenience. I work as a full-time delivery rider, so the bike is my livelihood. Because of the repeated faults and the time it took to send replacement parts, I lost approximately £3,000 in income.
Throughout the process, the company repeatedly admitted the faults were theirs. I have emails, messages, photos, videos and even WhatsApp communications confirming this. Every time something went wrong, they acknowledged the issue and sent another replacement part instead of resolving the problem properly.
When I eventually exercised my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and requested a refund, they simply ignored my formal requests for nearly two months. Instead of taking responsibility, they offered me an insulting £70, then increased it to £100, despite the thousands of pounds I had lost because of their faulty product.
They actually offered me partial refund at one point with accesories selection which cost 200 on their site but then suddenly I received email from someone called Evelyn who claimed she is knew and didnt know anything about it even though it was same email chain and I sent her all screenshots.
The most frustrating part has been having to explain the same facts over and over again to different members of staff, as if nobody reads the previous emails or communicates internally. It feels like they are simply hoping customers will give up.
I have now lost all confidence in this company. I am pursuing the matter through legal channels and have retained all the evidence supporting my claim.
If you are considering buying from this company, ask yourself one question: what happens if something goes wrong? Based on my experience, expect delays, excuses, poor communication, and a refusal to deal with legitimate consumer rights.
I would never buy from this company again, and I cannot recommend them to anyone.
I purchased the X7 Pro and it's wonderful, like it said, it's perfect for doing DoorDash. I get great service from the company aswell as products, like my bike and the, "Delivery Platform."

Best ebike worth every penny
To be honest, so far this bike surpases my expectation everyday so far. the other day took it out, at full speed 60km/hr on the road for a 40km ride with a passenger at the back and it was still showing full 5 bars out 5 bars. The other bike I had if did what did with Tesway X7, it would be either dead or last bar will be blinking even though the other bike I have claims 80km - 120km. So, for Tesway to go at full speed for 40km and still have all 5 bars, its truely an amazing long distance ebike, that removes range anexiety for most people, you can use it pretty much all day without having to worry about charging it, and once it need charge it comes with a powerfull 8A charger that charges that massive battery in 6-7 hours. Aside from that bike is very well built very strong frame, with double suspension it makes rough trains a breeze. Warranty is for two years which is another plus, unlike other brands 6 months to a year. Price is very reasonable for what you get, and their customer service is like a 10 star compare to other ones. If you are out there trying to figure out which bike to buy, buy a tesway X7 AWD and trust me you will not regret.

Shipping was very fast o ly three days from ordering to delivery. Set up could basically be done blindfolded, that's how easy it was. For me ,at least there
was/is still one issue, how to program the controller. There is no in depth instructions with the owners manual nor could I find anything definitive on the YouTube. Other than that,my new TESWAY X5 rides like a dream.

Well thought I would add a little more…
Well thought I would add a little more not sure i said everything sadly the 1st one I did kinda but as usual I get carried away but the more I ride my Tesway X/5 it’s just awesome been hot so keeping bike and battery inside where it’s cool and keeping battery charged between the limits 40% to 80% I’m guessing and the mileage is incredible I’ve gone out at night when it’s cooler headlight is pretty cool I’ve learned how to turn it up to full power but not to run it hard but I’ve found that pedal assist 1 you can pedal a little over 11 mph and not touch the throttle but if a hill comes along you got what you need or you can use 1 motor on the flats save energy and cruise right along 18 to 22 very comfortable speed with 1 motor on the flats hit a hill hit both and cruise right up it downhill start slow let bike go save your battery and your brakes my Dodge diesel still at 163,000 miles has 40% in the rear and had 20% in front brakes but I went ahead and replaced the front didn’t have to but wth had to do some other stuff so why not replace now disc brakes are cheap and easy to replace best design ever ok back to Tesway I rode a 10,000 ebike that was a friends extra he bought when they were expensive mid motor but I like my Tesway pretty awesome bike for the price suspension a little stiff for off road but it’s ok and seat not bad fir stock but I’ve had many back surgeries so I’m gonna try a no nose wider seat with cushion balls in the springs and a little more padding for my age if I was younger and didn’t have back issues that seat would be fine well for a 20x4.0 dual motor big battery bike I’m still sticking with my 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟rating I’m really enjoying this Tesway it’s got the power when needed but it’s great for exercising without even using the throttle 11.6 or 8 something like that perfect 🤩 👍 I’m not with Tesway or Trust pilot but Nancy and Tesway were very nice and I’m just glad to give my Honest Opinion

3/12 I ordered my 1st of 3 bikes ctvvxxc on amazon it never shipped 2nd bike another seller both claiming to ship from USA but if you scroll on down you see actual shippers are China 4/8 never shipped and Amazon gave me phony shipping #’s I tried to track them nothing they kept lying to me took months to get $$$$ back I had to raise hell with customer service and speak with a supervisor before anything got done I actually got 2nd bikes $$$$ back before 1st bike 3rd bike ordered from TST they were supposedly out of Ontario ca 400 miles away but came from Georgia and wasn’t labeled on the box other then the wrong color which meant it had smaller battery which was a 200$ cheaper model I refused delivery TST apologized but their seller knew I sent bike back and wanted it shipped to Ontario which is closer but failed to do so then a week later it’s back in Georgia sat there for a few days and went to Wyoming and back to Georgia???? WTH I told seller stop playing games and delaying my $$$ refund well it was finally delivered 6/9 as if today not sure if $$$ refunded they said up to 7 days so I’m done with large purchases on amazon I ordered from Tesway online i received as promised within a week box was in great shape clearly labeled as to what bike was inside packed extremely well took longer to remove from box trying to save everything than it did to put it together even though manual was lacking clear step by step instructions and how to operate controls tire pressure shock adjustment battery care which I found most on u tube Nancy and Tesway was there for any questions and sent a 12 page PDF that I said should have been included she agreed and to my understanding they’re working on that but overall after watching to u tubers bike cave guy who tested the bike with positive results I’m 275 and this X-5 AWD pulls a hill pretty dang good I was surprised sadly as you read earlier there’s a lot of scammers out there Alibaba is also full of them if price sounds to good to be true it is the 1st bike I ordered on amazon 34 other people never got their bikes either I’m very happy I found Tesway and so far everything is a 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟experience it’s. a pretty cool lightweight 20x4.0 dual motor 52v60ah bike that just might go the 200 miles they claim i have almost 60 miles on it and battery level didn’t start to drop then go back to full around 45 miles I recommend learning battery management and care to get the most out of it don’t fully charge unless you plan on a long trip 85% is great try not to go below 30% don’t charge immediately after use wait 30 minutes and don’t let it sit in freezing or hot temperatures above 90* and your battery should last longer 5 years I believe or more so yea other than a descent manual and clear operating instructions which is available I’m super happy with the bike!! and thanks Nancy for your support and being there I appreciate it 😎✌️👍

This is the Ebike you want to get.
If your looking for a solid, reliable Ebike the X9 is the one to get. I ordered my Tesway X9 about two weeks ago on a Saturday night and I had the tracking information about 17hrs later on a Sunday, Shipping to Upstate NY area was quick taking all of 5 days from order to delivery. The bike came well wrapped and protected. One nice surprise was the rear fender was already installed so the rest of the bikes set up took all of a 1/2hr and 15 minutes of that was spent getting it out of the box, assembly was super easy, it's all plug n play. I've put 60 miles on so far and it is truley amazing! it's solid & well built. The NFC card start makes it really easy to come and go from home and stores without having to shut the bike off to lock my front door. Most other Ebikes start and stop with 3 motions 1)Turn the battery switch on 2)Turn the key and 3) Press a button, EVERYTIME you stop somewhere it's on & off, on & off, Tesways card key removes that hassle altogether, it's just 'tap and go' The 60v power comes on smooth with no sudden jerks, the bike glides over bumps in the road, it's is really easy to stay with the flow of traffic making for a much safer riding experience. The bike handles the 45 degree hill I go up while leaving work each day with ease. I also added the larger trailer with the 20in wheels for shopping and laundry errands and it tows the trailer with ease aswell. The aftermarket accessories availible for this bike are endless and Tesways by design are really easy to accessorize. A couple of must haves for example are the tracking device and the alarm (These compliment the lock that comes with the Tesway really well) Tesways customer service is excellent. They kept me well informed every step of the way from order to delivery. They answer their emails promptly and they are VERY easy to get ahold of if any question should come up. I'm very happy with the bike and overall buying experience and plan on buying another one in the near future, for those of you with MVP or Cigna health insurance, Teways qualify for a $600.00 discount under the "Wellness Benefit" since the have peddles which is the reason why they qualify. This information you get from your Health Inurance website and after purchase you file a wellness claim and upload your purchase receipt and they mail a check, it's not done through Tesway. At any rate it's a great way to either save $600.00 or upgrade your purchase from them. This bike is 100% of 100%

The Absolute Best Bike & Customer Service Available!
Before purchasing an E bike I did a ton of homework and watched a ton of videos and probably read every single review that was available. I ended up purchasing my Tesway X7 all-wheel-drive bike from a third-party dealer and got to test drive it before I purchased, and instantly knew that this was the bike for me. It checked every single box I was looking for and it was definitely money Well spent. With the 52V battery and 60 amp hour unit along with 3600w peak power I knew I wouldn’t have an issue with either distance or pulling power and the speed was perfect at 38mph! Such an easy bike to operate and adjust to however I want to ride. It’s been about a month or so of owning the bike and I have around 200 miles so far of nonstop fun I try and get out and ride as much as possible and have loved every minute of it! I’ve driven the bike on almost every terrain that you could think of and nothing has stopped me or the bike. It’s such an incredible feeling knowing that I get to explore almost anywhere I wanna go now. Just recently I had a issue with one of my control wires, rubbing against the tire and cutting out half the power on my bike, which was my fault for not realizing that I needed to tie down the zip ties a little tighter and get everything out of the way so I contacted customer service and they went over and beyond responding super quickly it was such a pleasure speaking with them and helping me out getting my bike up and running again, sending me out the proper part that was needed fast under the warranty they provided. This is definitely a company that I recommend to all my friends and anyone who asks not only is the product amazing but the customer service is also just as Incredible! They definitely stand behind their products and that’s a good feeling to have as a customer. I’m so happy I made the decision to be a part of the Tesway family cause really that’s exactly what it is. They treat you like family and a friend and someone you can count on to call if there’s ever any questions concerns or comments they’ll get back to you super quick and that’s super rare to find. If you’re trying to make the decision on whether or not you should purchase a Tesway bike definitely do it I’m soo glad I did which is why I wanted to write this Review to possibly help out someone else deciding on there bike purchase. Perfect For Delivery Riders
Located within UK, UK legal, no throttle installed: I have had the X5 now for a couple of months and I can not praise this enough, as a food delivery rider, having a electric bike that can cover distance, is my main reason for buying the X5.
I have done, so far to this date, 1100+ miles and counting, each battery bar lasts for around 32 / 38 miles per bar, I have done 120 miles in one shift of working and still had two bars left, so you can easily get 160 / 180 miles from the X5.
After 1100+ miles, I have not needed to change the tyres yet and so far, also not had any punctures yet, the breaks are perfect, I bought spare break pads, but not needed to change them yet
My bike is UK legal and doesn't have the throttle installed, but you really don't need the throttle if you want to keep it within the law in the UK, as the pedal assist kicks in when you move the pedal crank about 30 degree and the motor kicks in, I do have twin motor and climbs up hills without losing speed, but will struggle if you go on 35% incline hilly roads, that's where my bike struggles when taking the back roads, so I keep to the main roads now
Overall, I am really pleased with my bike, it helps me stay out delivering for 12 hours a day and I can now take those longer deliveries
