Every time I have to contact customer service they’re really good with getting me set and everything fixed. It’s just it’s a really great process and everybody working there is really great especially Christopher with my last call. Got me set up in just a couple minutes. It was really great.

Ms. Brandi is genuinely amazing. Her smile is genuine. Her care for the customers is genuine. She truly makes you feel welcome The reason I say amazing is because I was in the drive thru. Customer Service on a screen. I still felt up close and personal. Just like being inside of the credit union with a teller. It is always Sunny At The Bay. Thank you Ms. Brandi for your service with a smile. You make the difference in a wonderful experience. I could have visited with Ms. Brandi for the rest of the day. That is how welcome she makes her customers feel. Thank you T.B.C.U. for great service and great staff.
