Ordered on the 19th June. It says on website that they are despatched within 24 hours. It is now 23rd and have had no despatch notice. Messaged twice but also no response. I’ve asked for a refund. Actually got an email back to say they would cancel the order and send refund back. Then I got an email to say they have been despatched that afternoon. Should be being delivered by Royal Mail. No movement to say when they will arrive though. It’s now the 27th.
Great bags for travelling. The purple is a fabulous colour. Had a small issue with latest purchase, which was resolved quickly and easily. Highly recommend.

Bag arrived quickly and as I had bought when by one get one free they were excellent value ( though I think I’d have been very pleased even if I’d have paid the price for one.) Good quality and the extra zipable space proved useful later in the holiday. Comfy to carry and do hold loads - fitted easily under plane seat. Very pleased

Ordered my 2 foldies, I got emails letting me know that they were in transit and should receive them soon. I received them, when they told me I would. And was very happy with them, I've not used the cream one yet. I use the black one every day. It's lovely... I'm very happy with them both, and also with the company

Saw the Foldie cross body bag advertised on Instagram so checked the company out on Trust Pilot. Saw the great reviews and ordered two on the buy one get one free offer. It really is all that it promised. Fantastic when travelling. A great alternative to a rucksack when you are on a short walk. Will hold a small bottle of water plus sun cream, sunglasses, phone etc. So easy to wear. I intended giving the “free” one to a friend but my husband thought it such a great idea that he stole it. Praise indeed.

This bag does exactly what it promises - it holds heaps, is very well-made and folds up. I used it as an on board overnight bag on a train trip when I had to stash my big bag. I fitted all I needed without even expanding it and it folded up and went back in suitcase when not needed. However, on a weekend trip as my only bag it didn't work so well. Expanded and filled to capacity, I found it difficult to manage. I am short, and the expanded bag was too heavy to carry over shoulder and dragged on the ground otherwise. It was fine for taller husband with long arms. I kept longing for a set of wheels! But over all, the Foldie is great, and much better (and bigger)than the cheap knock-off purchased by another family member.

When one of my Foldie sling bags started to look frayed where the strap and bag met I wrote to Foldie as the bag had light use and was less than 6 months old. They quickly replied requesting a photo and with 4 hours had promised a replacement bag which arrived a few days later. Very efficient. I love the bags and ‘stuff happens’ it’s how you deal with it that counts - and Foldie get 5 stars for dealing with the problem really well.

I’m always rather dubious of products advertised on Facebook however I cannot fault Foldie. As we were going away to Fuerteventura I ordered the large bag - I think 2 for £40. Spoilt for choice colour wise - absolutely loads of beautiful colours. I opted for green & purple. Stunning they are. Delivery was only a matter of days which also surprised me - very quick. Anyway off we went on holiday & I have to say I am so impressed with it - I managed to fit everything I needed in - including a spare change of clothes & trainers (we had an early checkout & late flight home) as well as my kindle, travel hairdryer (couldn’t fit it in my suitcase) sweets, sandwiches, purse & lots of other odds and ends). The front pocket was great for passport & travel documents. There is a waterproof pocket which is ideal if you’ve spent a few hours by the pool before checkout. The bag has a sleeve which pops over your luggage handle so transportation is easy & it fits nicely under the seat in front of you on the airplane. I’ve just packed it away (needed a quick tutorial on YouTube - but very easy) Even my husband commented on how good it was, which is high praise indeed as he never notices bags. I would highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed.
