I placed an order which has been sitting with Evri since 16 September. Despite contacting the company I have not received response to my emails and the phone number is not taking calls. I am now trying to get a refund but no luck. Really poor.

The oil I ordered is as expected but it took longer than promised. An extra week. It was supposed to come with an added present which was not there, when I enquired about it, they reply with " sorry we will send it right away", this was August and I'm still waiting, so to me it is not a very trustworthy company. Again, happy with the product.

This product is expensive.
It stinks I mean so bad I don’t even want to put in on my skin like foisty pond water.
I was very disappointed and definetly will not be buying again.
As for results I can’t comment as I will not be using these stinky bottles of expensive liquid.

Delivery appalling… ordered nearly two weeks ago and the tracking says that the products hasn’t even left India. Have tried to contact customer services for an update but no response they seem to only reply to FB posts!!!
Will be contacting credit card provider to deal with a refund of the products
