won't honor return policy. want your measurements to try to tell you the item you ordered (but didn't like color, didn't fit, is uncomfortable slippery fabric, etc,) was what you ordered. So they claim you're out of luck. They are unscrupulous and dishonest merchants. Do not order from them.

Order 3 sleeveless tops and made sure I purchased correctly using their own size chart. Was very deceiving and sizes weren't correct. Wouldn't offer returns like they say and only offered 5% then 10% refund but never got that either. TOTAL SCAM!
Total scam. The site is deceiving. They will not let you return. Even after 20 plus emails. They offer 10% refund but will make you go through hoops to return and say things like give you 10%back or maybe 20% and give a sob story. I have reported their site as a scam. Will try to get protection from card I used to pay them.
BEWARE! Do not purchase anything from TheBeautyNorth/REALTIME. All merchandise ships directly from China, so unless you want to pay exhorbitant shipping fees back to China, you're stuck. They'll offer a 10% or 20% refund on the order, which means they get to keep 80%-90% of your purchase price. Fortunately, I put the entire amount in dispute with American Express, and after a month of disputing with this sham company, I'm getting a full refund. Since I don't want the items, I will be donating them to a women's shelter. If I could give them a -000- rating, I would.
