The worst customer service and product ever!!! I wish i would have read the reviews prior to purchasing 4 items. The material and sizes were sooo off. Attempts to make contact with someone was extremely difficult but finally someone responded to my emails. Only to judge me and ask me a question back about why i am so unhappy. It took 3 emails to finally receive a response of “I am responsible to pay for the returns… To China.. WHAT!!! I threw $280 in the trash because i truly doubt i was going to get any kind of refund based off the customer service or lack of i did get. TRASH COMPANY!

The wrong sweater size was sent. I sent them a email of the sweater and they told me they would send me another sweater, I would have to pay for shipping. This is horrible customer service I've ever experienced and this is my second or third time sitting in the email concerning.I'm going to dispute that charge in my credit card as well

Think Twice Before Ordering...
I was excited to stumble upon a site selling African heritage prints. As an African, I knew I had to have a couple of pieces, but first, I thought, "Let me try by buying three items to see if the reviews I read are unfair or not." I bought the following: 1. Men's African Traditional Patterns 100% Cotton Shorts 2. Men's Funny Listen To God Street Boy Graphic Print T-Shirt. 3. Men's Vintage Featured African Art Print Buttoned V-neck Cardigan Sweater So, the reviews are not short of the truth. 1. The cardigan's material is not wool, as it appears on the site, and the t-shirt's material is not a cotton blend, as described. 2. Both tops did not fit me, and I am a medium and decided to order a large. The cardigan sides could not even go past my nipples to close. The printing is poor quality, and the inner material is Ginza felt. The T-shirt material is cheap polyester. I won't think of wearing it in the summer. 3. The shorts fit well, but I received a zipped pattern instead of what is on the page. The other troubling thing I experienced is that you do not get any updates after your order has been confirmed. The page claims to be in the UK, but the items came from Beijing Jintai Yong Hui.
Beware extremely poor quality
Beware. Sweaters from this site are a total rip-off. The quality of their products is extremely bad. The quality is equal to a badly cut thin layer of fleece from a store like Michaels with a design spray painted on. I doubt it would go through a washing machine one time without totally pulling apart. I regret wasting money on this product.

I ordered 3 items from this online store, looking at the pictures I thought it was good quality and design but when I received my order, only 2 of the items were in the package and the quality is very poor. I emailed the contact information and have had no response from them. Don’t waste your money on this stuff it’s worthless garbage.

I ordered 2 sweatshirts. Didn’t know it was coming from china. They were cheaply made and didn’t have a stamp in it to tell front from back. Also didn’t have a care plan in it. Most of all the colors wasn’t as vibrant as the pics! Terrible! To make matters worse, I wanted to send them back. They offered me a 20% discount.I went to the post office to send them back and it cost more to ship than what I paid for them. I’ll give them to someone and never ever deal with them again! Total scam!

After weeks of waiting, my items never arrived, and customer service was non-existent. To add insult to injury, I discovered that this company isn’t black-owned at all but rather based in China, falsely advertising their products to appeal to conscious consumers. The lack of transparency and respect for customers is unacceptable. I feel completely misled and would not recommend anyone waste their hard-earned money on a company that refuses to deliver on its promises. After a month, I still have not received my order and they keep telling me that they don't know why warehouse has not sent it out. This is not a legitimate business.

I placed an order on 9/26/24. It is now 11/13/24 and I have not received my order. I read the reviews too late. I do not expect to receive my order and it will be difficult to get a refund. Based on my bank receipt, I believe this is a Chinese company. I do not purchase from Chinese companies due to receiving low quality in the past. Beware.

Really nice shirts! I ordered 3 times for a total of 16 shirts and have not had an issue at all. Sure, it may take a month to get your order, but it's well worth the wait. Have your shirts laundered before wearing, to soften them up. No problems, and a lot of compliments!
