DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! The company is practicing "bait and switch"! The clothes they depict online is not what they send you. For instance, men sweaters are shown as knitted; when the order arrives, the fabric is more like felt (the kind arts and crafts are used in grade school). For the price this company charges, it is a ripoff. Returns are sent back to China WHICH THE CONSUMER PAYS FOR!! most out of country vendors have a "US Return facility". If you want to return an item, they offer you a 20% discount which is nothing compared to the prices they charge. COMPANY IS A TOTAL RIPOFF!!!

This is a scam. The sweater I purchased is made of poor quality and is flimsy at best. Do not buy this garbage. I am filing a dispute with my credit card company. Also the only way to contact them is a email. No phone number is listed. Beware!

They never even sent a confirmation email or tracking information. It’s been over 2 weeks since I ordered. I had to dispute the charge with my bank to get my money back!

Absolutely poor quality. Brand new out the box My shirt had a hole were the tags should be. Not to mention it didn’t have any tags at all or for me to know what material the shirt was made out of because that’s how poor of quality shirt I received I thought I was receiving a quality wool knitted shirt but what I received I wouldn’t wish on anyone
If I could give zero stars I would! Do not waste your time and money on any of these misrepresented cheap products! I was hoping to support this black owned start up. I waited 3 weeks after paying for them to even acknowledge my order. I contacted them repeatedly about the status and after a month of not receiving any information, I contacted PayPal who demanded they respond. They sent a tracking # shortly afterwards. I finally get the order and it the cheapest I’ll-fitting garment that looks nothing like the quality represented in the pictures. I feel SCAMMMED! Will be contacting PayPal to report them and try to recoup my money. Trust me!!!! Steer Clear!!!!

I loved all their sweaters coats etc but I've been scammed before and knew not to invest a lot. So I bought a cotton top for $20+ its terrible so ugly and the neck is too big as is the rest. Its the size I would wear but I guess I could have worn a Small. Three times I tried to contact the company and they are ignoring me will never order from them again
in good faith I was willing to return the items I ordered as recommended by Customer Service. My issue is the cost for me to return the items, which I had planned to do u til I got to the post office and it was going to cost me a total of $73.00. The three (3) items total cost me $97.00!! I am very disappointed!!
The items I ordered were to be a size Large which is the size I have worn for the last 20 years. The tag on the bag of each garment states the product is a size Large. These items ARE NOT true U.S. Large. Now I have 3 items I will not be able to wear not matter how much I like them. Like many of the comments already state, the quality of clothing is abysmal. I should have done more research on the company before ordering, however I was excited by the design and alleged business. I now realize, however, that neither are true representations of how they are presented online. My shirt arrived nearly a month after ordering and nothing like it appeared in the advertisements. It is dull, stiff, oversized, itchy, and very thin. I’m incredibly disappointed and feel disheartened to have been misled by theblackwear.
