After some initial confusion, your customer service person was trying to take care of my issues. with the help of the supervisor was troubleshooting and I am very satisfied as far as the acct. there only remains the correction of the credit report of late and missed payments to finish. Your representatives were very good and tried to keep pleas3ent with this old crouch. you best keep them both as they are excellent assets to Continental.

I was trying to pay my bill yesterday evening and night. The automated and website would not allow me to make my on time payment. I was so disturbed. I call back today and got a very nice customer service representative who put me at ease. By expediting my payment with no cost and making sure I wouldn’t be charged a late fee. I really appreciated him for being so professional and courteous.

Alana customer service relations manager was the only one person who reverse late fees due to your rep who gave misinformation and lost my payment.no one else has called me back when they said they were. She provided excellent service with great patience.
