compared to other companies, you guys were not very flexible. The sample door cost way too much for other companies are still there for five dollars yours is shipping cost which is $20 and the money is not refunded if I purchased cabinets from you guys I don’t think it’s good customer service.

The $20 charge is for shipping only, which is a cost charged by the shipping carrier and not something we keep as profit. We understand every company handles sample programs differently, but our goal is always to make it affordable for customers to see the cabinet color, finish, and quality before making a larger kitchen purchase. While the sample itself is free, the shipping cost is unfortunately not refundable because it is paid toward getting the sample delivered. Customer service is very important to us, and the way we take care of our customers is reflected in the hundreds of reviews we have received over the years.
