What a good shoe the v2 flap is a great idea for my swollen feet but one tiny problem is the flap is held down by one strip wide of Velcro for the flap to grab hold of I thought I had ordered the wrong size shoe but it was this lack of fastening that made the shoe not to be able to fasten correctly I contacted them and they were fantastic to help by offering 3 outcomes so customer service is outstanding I was going to order a wider pair but it’s the problem of fastening so it would be a waste of time as the same problem with the fastening would be the same but a really good shoe well made
