Not Fit For Purpose.

Ordered Shoes which arrived promptly from China. Shoes did not fit so asked for return instructions as per Terms. No Reply. Sent further 4 emails still no reply. Made claim through Paypal who didnt seem to understand it and turned it down as goods were not faulty, (agreed but that was not the point). Original Bill was £78.06 Fitville through Paypal offered £45.00 and wanted goods back. I refused. Tried to contact Fitville again no response. Now stuck with Shoes that are no good to me. Be careful if buying from this Company. I certainly won't be again. Update Paypal reversed decision and found in my favour. So if same happens to you persevere.

I had a small logistical issue

I had a small logistical issue, which was my fault, but the Fitville support team was extremely helpful and sorted it out very quickly. I can recommend, not only the product, which is fantastic but also the customer support team, no problem is too small for them to take action.

Amazing shoes

Amazing shoes, amazing company! I accidently ordered a pair of running shoes slightly too small, which turned out to be a small blessing in disguise. While I wouldnt want to run in them in the too small size, I put the shoe on my sprained ankle and the level of support in this shoe was perfect for helping my ankle finally heal. The arch support is also perfect to help alleviate my plantar fasciitis and they're very comfortable! I cannot wait to wear these shoes and start running again. Also, I emailed about getting the correct size and the company was so responsive and kind! They immediately sent me the correct size free of charge.

Shoes arrived quickly but didn’t fit…

Shoes arrived quickly but didn’t fit properly and ordered more than one size to try. Was offered to keep the shoes for discounted amount instead of being refunded. Saw no point in keeping shoes that don’t fit. Refund has now finally arrived after writing this review which prompted a response from the company.

Perfection

This is the 2nd time I have ordered shoes from this company. The 1st time everything went perfectly! The shoes are perfect and very comfortable! The 2nd time unfortunately there was an issue with the size. The company nevertheless functioned excellently in the request to change the shoes without any charge. Today I received the new pair and these shoes are excellent too. So comfortable! I am completely satisfied with the company and I don't think I will change them anytime soon!
