Didnt receive my order yet. If I dont soon get it,then I want a refund. I ordered before and never had to wait this long. I am disappointed because I like the fitville shoes.

I have never gotten WIDE shoes that are actually really wide! And so comfortable. No rubbing on the back of my foot, no squeezing my toes. I bought a pair to walk in, now I bought 2 more pairs to work in (on my feet all day). Most times when shoes come from overseas they are nothing as promised. These are AMAZING. Thank you!

These are the only shoes that fit my wide feet for sport - Pickleball, tennis and running. They are so comfortable. I’m so fortunate to have found this company through a friend. Service is incredible!

The first pair I ordered were not suited to my feet and I asked to return them, you offered to send me another pair no charge. I took you up on the offer and I love the shoe I chose. It was the shoe with the crossover strap(V11) I like them so much that I ordered a second pair and I am planning on ordering an another pair. Best shoes I have had in years!!

We feel sorry that the shopping experience may not be perfect, hope you can once again look around at FitVille.
Difficult trying to find info to email. Response was ok. And the fact I have to pay to ship it back to get a full refund on shoes I foot could not go in is a bit much. Will never buy from you again. Takingb5he half option is about the same that you may decide to give me after I pay for shipping. Friends will also know my experience and fb is a good place as well.

I didn't know that delivery would take around two weeks. What concerned me was every time I checked the tracking link my anti virus software identified it as a malicious website. I contacted consumer support about this and they provided a tracking link which resulted in the same result, caution about a malicious site. No issues once I received the product. Sneakers fit well; very comfortable.
