I love the shoes. I am in a wheelchair with partial paralysis and closed toe shoes make toes bleed. Very comfortable but too big, needed 10.5 but only 11 available.

Love the 4 extra wide.However,the supporting leather wears out really fast.Last pair only lasted me a year.I bought another pair with only a 2W.Hope these don't wear out as fast or I'm done.

Slow delivery
Wish I'd checked trust pilot before ordering but they seem to have reasonable traction with reviews on reputable websites. As with other's experiences, you think it's a European fulfilment centre and you'll receive them in the UK within 2-3 working days. Instead, they are shipped from China and yet to arrive after 7.

We have warehouses in the US, Hong Kong, Germany, and the UK, depending on the stock, about 50% of the shoes can be sent locally. Delivery normally takes 7–12 business days. Thanks for your understanding.

Super customer service, had the wrong color of shoes ordered, informed them they , they caught the shoes being shipped and changed them to the shoes I wanted. Received my shoes two days ago ,super comfortable and fit.
