Well the shoes I got are a little snug…
Well the shoes I got are a little snug and are rubbing on my toes. But this company has been great to me and asked if a different pair would be any better and had sent to me free of cost. They try really hard to work with people. Love the company and will get more shoes from them again. Cusomer service is real good.

I have called and left messages to return call. I have sent texted and email messages with NO response. I believe they shipped the wrong size for what I ordered and need to talk to someone NOW!!!

My sneakers developed holes in heels after only 3 1/2 months. I thought Fitville would replace them for free, but I had to pay $15.

Numerous messages left at your Customer Service with no response. Once I received the shoes,the right shoe hurts my foot,as the shoe is too short. I need to return these shoes as I will not be able to wear the right shoe.

The quality of the shoes seems to be diminishing.
The quality of the shoes seems to be diminishing. and the comfort I once enjoyed has disappeared. The prices are great when you can catch your size in the on sale group but I felt it was impossible to get answers when I had questions. Delivery too almost 3 weeks but was excellent. It is difficult to understand the return policy, so I just keep or donate the shoes that are uncomfortable.
