I have be having feet problems for years. I wore my new FitVille shoes for the first time a few days ago and I can tell a big difference after being on my feet all day. So far I’m well pleased with my shoes.

Ordered 7/27/26 delivered 8/9/26. Not terribly long, but longer than i'm used to. tracking information was poor. discounts being offered, but expiring because i wasnt going to purchase additional when i hadn't received the initial purchase yet. golf shoes, will take a week to see if i like before i consider purchasing additional pairs.
The first pair I received didn't fit…
The first pair I received didn't fit good so they shipped me a different larger pair and they fit just fine . Seems like the sizes might run a small so order a little larger would be my recommendation.
Service was reasonably quick
Service was reasonably quick. Shoes are extremely comfortable. I have a very wide foot and problems with flat feet. I also have neuropathy so I need a shoe that works with all those problems and these shoes work

The Most Comfortable
These shoes are by far the most comfortable I have found. I can do 36 holes without an issue. I did have a small fault with one shoe and after a few emails they sent me a replacement pair free of charge. Thank you. I will definitely be ordering another pair when I need them.
Ordered Wrong Size
I appaparently ordered a 10.5 mens instead of an 8.5 womens extra wide. I have reordered the (I hope) correct size. Are these returnable?
Too small, Too long
The tennis shoe was too small. How do you ask for an exchange with a bigger size? It also took forever to receive the package. Thank you!

Delivery Issue
I ordered 2 pair of shoes. One was delivered in a fairly short period of time. The other has not been delivered. When I contacted Shop to try and track the missing deliv order I was told that the missing pair is in a warehouse in my metro area but they cannot tell me when it will be delivered.

the shoes are great it takes a while to get them they come from china it takes forever to go through customs which really sucks I have waited over a month to get them to bad they don't have a warehouse in the united states

The shoes were more narrow than the Skechers I already owned I was very disappointed in the fact that I had to pay so much for the shoes that were more narrow especially since I ordered the widest size and not to mention the shoes look to be leather when they arrived the had felt or swade covering instead of a leather that looks to be shown in the picture,very disappointed I was very excited to potentially find a very wide shoe and it was terrible.

My New Fitvilles
I am about to order my 7th pair of shoes from The FitVille people. It started with a pair of velcro strap walkers. I needed shoes with a wide toe box and com for standing on my feet all day long. That led me to order 3 different styled shoes and boots! Stylish, comfortable, wide toe box, adjustable, and amazing foot support. I can’t wait to try my hiking/winter boots this year. I will be ordering a new pair of velcro strap shoes in full leather for the winter season. Oh and the customer service is excellent! It took them a while just to convince me that their shoes were true to size and walked me through how wide an option I needed

I ordered the wrong size of the shoes and they ended up sending me the replacement for $12 and keeping the old shoes. Very good service.

When they say the shoes are for wide feet boy, they're not kidding there.I have such a wide foot that them shoes are just wonderful.I wish out on them a long time ago
