From the beginning to the end the whole experience was very good indeed. The website worked well, their feedback was smooth and relevant. When I asked for help they replied positively and they used The Royal Mail for the actual delivery, who did a good job as well. All in all a joy to deal with.

I have been wearing rebound core sneakers for a few years and extremely happy with them . I have diabetes and my feet are swollen so I bought the wings sneaker. It is easy to get into but the toe box is tight on my foot . I ordered the 4x but not sure if I can wear those comfortably. I am dissatisfied but will see if they loosen up a bit . I did buy two pair hoping they would make things easier.

Great fit Great price. I had my foot run over bye car, with lis franc injury and 19 broken bones, so very difficult finding shoes that don't hurt that have proper width. 4th pair of various styles. These And some boots I ordered are for alaska. Waterproof, solid,Great soles.

My husband has cerebral palsy. As a result, his feet are a bit misshaped. They also swell from time to time. This makes it very difficult to find a pair of shoes that fit him. If they were wide enough, they were too long and would slide off his feet when he tried to stand up to transfer from one chair to another. If they fit his feet length was, they were way too tight. These shoes are perfect. Even the design makes it easy for him to put on.

I ordered the wide shoes especially because of its style and it is very convenient to wear .I am a senior citizen and with aging it is very difficult to bend and tie lace.Quality , style etc is very good.Customer service is excellent and prompt too!!

I have heard nothing about my shoes. I don't know where they are or when they will arrive! I ordered them on July 24th and your adds guarantee 7 to 10 day delivery. It's August 7th and no shoes. Your customer service and communications leave a lot to be desired. I don't care how good you claim your shoes are, it's not worth it!

Previously I had posted a negative review of a pair of shoes I received. To my complete amazement Fitville not only responded but offered me a new pair no questions asked. I have NEVER received this level of service before. Normally send pictures delivery time etc. and when you finally get to the end 1-3 weeks for a refund. I could not recommend Fitvills customer service higher. To be fair the shoes were not poorly made or substandard in any way I could determine they just did not fit properly. As I said much to their credit they replaced them no question asked. 5 star service
