For 2 weeks I have tried to get a return address to return shoes that simply do not fit. I have gotten many replies apologizing for my frustration but still no address. I tried your Truth Finder app and they want at $28 month fee, no way. Please send me a return address.

Really good customer service

We ordered that were a decent fit but the style was very bulky. I spoke to customer service and they are sending another pair that are a different style. Hoping the new ones are better. Good customer service.

Better than I expected

Read trustpilot AFTER placing my order and it would’ve put me off, probably, but in fact my experience was positive. At the price I paid the trainers were good value. I have Morton’s neuroma and was worried that people said they came up small, but I found they were true to size - a 7 extra wide was slightly longer and quite a bit wider than my brooks 7 wide fit. At this price - £30 or so - as you’d expect they’re all textile and synthetic but as a leisure trainer they’re fine. Delivery took 8 days I think, which is fair and less than I’d anticipated. I didn’t need to deal with customer services - I note others had issues.

A+ customer experience from FitVille

Ordered some shoes from FitVille. When the shoes arrived they weren't quite what I was looking for in this pair of shoes (FitVille sent the right item, the shoes just didn't meet my needs) and had to return them. FitVille promptly responded to my return request, offered to let me keep the shoes I received and sent me a different pair (for free) the same day.

Absolutely terrible shoes

Absolutely terrible shoes. Also shipped from China, which was NOT obvious. Returns nearly impossible because of that as well. The shoes went straight in the bin.

Great variety & great customer support

There isn’t a great many retailers that offer a good variety of wide fitting shoes, so it was great to find the Fitville. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, one which came very quickly but one did take a bit longer. Unfortunately one shoe didn’t quite fit, so I contacted Fitville and the customer services were excellent and very responsive and offered me a new pair of shoes which was delivered in no time.

Great fit for extra wide feet

After my first purchase being not soo good( quality of product was terrible) I decided to give it another go and I am so glad I did. I've now purchased another 4 pairs all of which I'm delighted with.Big opportunity missed though ,they could surely delve into flip flops,don't have any for men although tgere are a few women's available.

The shoes arrived on time and are very comfortable. Plenty of toe room. The one thing that I noticed on the court right away was better grip. Very pleased with this purchase.

They have great customer service. I ordered the wrong size shoe and they gave me two options. I chose to mail the wrong size back and they started the process of sending the right size quick. Thank you for the amazing customer service.

I got some FitVille Men's BriskWalk Elite Dress Shoes V5, I think back in late 2024 and worn them for work almost every day since then, so as I walk to and from work that’s a minimum of 2 miles a day. They have served me well especially the uppers which could almost be as new but worn the soles away, so thank you

I would rate your shoes a 4 overall Comfort was a 5 quality was a 3 as the white trim around my sandal started to peel the first week I wore them on vacation. My husbands were great!

Decided to try FitVille wider shoes…

Decided to try FitVille wider shoes hoping they would be a solution for a problematic right foot. While not the solution I hoped for, that has nothing to do with the FitVille shoes themselves. I'll find a home for these shoes for someone. The two pair I ordered seem good quality and style and the support/service in advance and after purchase has been excellent.
