Disappointing
Disappointing. They took my money and confirmed my order for a 60 min delivery only to tell me that they couldn’t access their warehouse due to the heavy rains. Well if that’s the case then put a notice on the app and don’t take my money! They offered to send it another day but what’s the use if it’s for a special occasion? Very frustrating and disappointing service and it’s clear they knew they wouldn’t be able to make the delivery on time so why accept the order in the first place and why not make an announcement on their app or website. Not good enough!
