I will start by saying that I love 1800contcats and my contacts order shipped fast and correctly. I thought I would try the framery as well rather than going with my usual online glasses provider. Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed in the service and quality received from the Framery. The first pair of glasses I ordered had a loose lens on the right eye. I asked for a replacement and was sent one, along with a prepaid shipping label I had to print myself. The replacement pair of glasses arrived and had the exact same issue, a loose right lens. I sent both pairs back and ordered from a different company. I did not receive any updates or confirmation that my return had been received or processes so I called in to check. I was told the package had been received and my refund would be issued. I still have not received my refund and again got no email or text confirmation or record of the chat or phone call with the agent. Will never order glasses here again.
My glasses showed up within a week, and verifying my prescription took about 24 hours. The guidebook on adjustments that comes with the glasses really helps, and my glasses fit great, and I can see again!
Easy site to use. Lots of cute frames but when I saw my frames I knew they the ones! Did the virtual try on and loved them. The rest of the process was super easy to go thru. Had them ordered and they got here earlier than I expected. The price was amazing! Someone on a budget could have several pairs without breaking the bank!!! I check the site often as I am scouting out my next pair!!!
Very easy experience. Glasses arrived quickly and are holding up well. I ordered two pairs and am happy with both of them. Was a little nervous about ordering glasses online but prescription is correct.

Top Notch Customer Service
Absolutely wonderful customer service! I ordered contacts through them because it was cheaper than going through my eye doctor's office. They sent me a coupon for glasses. I was able to order 2 and try them on before I bought. I emailed them when I wanted to return one pair and they were so quick to respond and very kind and helpful. This was the quickest and easiest process. I love my glasses and I will absolutely be ordering from them again in the future. Thank you so very much!
The Framery made it so easy to shop glasses. Their virtual online tools helped me find the perfect fit. Their customer service is top notch. I had a few questions and they responded to me via text right away. I was a little worried the glasses wouldn’t fit correctly since everything was done virtually. When my glasses arrived they fit perfectly, no adjustments needed. I love these glasses! I see so well with them and they fit great!
We love your try on at home option. I got my daughter one pair and they were too small. Returning the pair was easy. She was able to find a pair that now fits perfectly.

Best experience for buying glasses!!
The Framery has been so incredible to work with, their customer service is excellent, even if you need to return/exchange frames. I have been trying to find the right pair of new glasses and everyone I have talked to has been so kind and helpful. They also create and fulfill order very quickly! I haven't had to wait as long for my glasses as I have with other eye care providers. I will definitely be using them from now on!

Please refund glasses but happy with contact lenses
Hello, I have ordered contact lenses and glasses from you guys on more than one occasion. I have been happy with all of my contact lens orders but not the glasses.
I recently ordered a pair of glasses and then upgraded to a better lens. Those never arrived. I did receive the first pair which are not my size, not the matte frames I ordered, and I don’t think have the upgraded lenses. I asked for a refund for the wrong pair and received it but I never received the other upgraded ones and have since got an updated prescription from an optometrist.
I am sending the glasses back and am requesting a refund. I plan to continue to order contact lenses with my updated prescription. Thank you in advance.

We can confirm that the high index lenses were added, but a different frame may work better for them.
