Professional, Responsive, and Highly Recommended
We had an excellent experience working with The Website Guys. From the very beginning, Sven was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us create a website that met our needs.
What really stood out was their exceptional customer service. They were always responsive, patient, and willing to answer questions or make updates quickly. Throughout the entire development process, they communicated clearly, kept us informed, and made what could have been a complicated project feel simple and stress-free.
The finished website looks fantastic, functions smoothly, and has exceeded our expectations. It's clear that they take pride in both the quality of their work and the relationships they build with their clients.
We highly recommend The Website Guys to anyone looking for a reliable, talented web development team that truly cares about delivering outstanding results and providing exceptional customer service.

Seamless experience building a website!
I had a great experience creating my first website with The Free Website Guys! The only thing I paid for was the hosting fee subscription and an upgraded website theme. Sven was great to work with and provided informative emails on each step of the process. The forms he sent to customize the website were efficient and detailed. I highly recommend them for building a website whether it's personal or business related!

I was quite skeptical initially but…
I was quite skeptical initially but decided to reach out anyway, what was there to lose?
They then contacted me and we started to visualize how the site would look like.
They explained and simplified the whole process for me, and even helped me out with one of the themes that I really wanted to go for!
Despite my schedule being more packed as the year started, they have been providing support whenever I have questions up till now, and I hope that they will continue to keep in contact and help out whenever I have queries or new projects in the future!

Great Experience!
This review was long overdue. From start to finish, every exchange I had with the free website guys was easy and seamless. These are guys who do exactly what they say they’re gonna do. My project was somewhat complex. And I wasn’t sure if it was something they would be able to accommodate, but Sven and the team were able to get everything done. The lines of communication remained open at all times, and they were always available to answer all of my questions.
They gave video walk-through guides and tutorials to show me how to use the backend of my website, and as part of using their service, I was able to get a discount on Web posting, which I still use to this day. I had a really good experience with these guys, and I would definitely recommend and use them again. Fantastic work, gentlemen. Thank you Sven!

My experience
I genuinely enjoyed working with the Free Website Guys.
To be honest, I was skeptical at first. These days, when something is offered for free, it often sounds too good to be true. But they completely exceeded my expectations.
The team was professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping. They built me a website that looks great and fits exactly what I needed for my business.
Now I feel confident and ready to take my business to the next level.
Thank you so much for making the whole process smooth and delivering far more value than I expected!
I had a great experience working with the Free Website Guys team.
I had a great experience working with the Free Website Guys team. From the beginning, they were professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. They guided me through the entire process, answered all my questions, and made everything feel straightforward.
The website they created looks clean, modern, and professional. They paid attention to my requirements and delivered a site that reflects my vision while also offering helpful suggestions to improve it. I was especially impressed by their patience and willingness to help, even when I needed revisions or had additional questions.
For a free website service, the quality exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciate the time and effort the team invested in my project, and I would happily recommend The Free Website Guys to anyone looking for a professional website and excellent customer service.
Thank you to the entire team for making the process smooth and enjoyable!
I want to not only recommend but also thank Sven and his team for that amazing work and time that was dedicated to creating my very first website. It was a slow process but very easy as well. When they say that they take care of everything they really do! They made sure to make it the way I wanted and with the layout that I chose. They are very quick at responding to any questions, or concerns. The step-by-step videos that they send you in order to know how to navigate your website was definitely something that they thought long and hard about because it was perfect! If you are someone who is just starting out or not have a big budget to spend to create a website, they are the ones to go to! 10/10
I collaborated with TheFreeWebsiteGuys and the experience was great! Very smooth collaboration and professional approach. All recommendations!

Hi MsT,
We're not quite sure who you are as we asked TrustPilot to give us your name or email — and you declined. So we're a bit unsure how we can help. :)

Professional and helpful
They were very professional and helpful. They helped me make informed decisions about the website we were going to build. The only costs I incurred were for hosting and the website template. I’d recommend them to anyone who wants to build their own website!
I’m writing to recommend and encourage people to use the freewebsite guys. I want to acknowledge what a great step by step job the freewebsite guys did in creating a website for me. This was my first website and I needed help. First, they listened to my ideas for my website. They worked patiently and diligently until they had a clear detailed idea of what I wanted my website to say and appear. They responded to my questions, and we collaborated until I was satisfied with the final product. But what was special was after they were finished with their commitment they were still willing to answer questions and provide assistance. I feel very confident in recommending their services.
Sven and the entire team were an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. They provided exceptional support throughout the entire website development process, taking the time to understand my software requirements and implementing every request with professionalism and attention to detail.
Communication was always prompt, clear, and proactive, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. They were responsive to feedback, offered valuable suggestions along the way, and ensured the final product met my expectations. I truly appreciated their dedication to delivering a high-quality website and their commitment to customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend Sven and his team to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and customer-focused website builder.
Extra charges when signing up. VERY confusing. (A year later charged £130 from
Blue host they got me to sign up to and very mis leading). Waited such a long time for a pre build website I thought they would change things but didn’t do anything differently. It remained with wrong email, phone number details a different country and photos of Chinese staff members. It was so bad and money wasted. Then sent confusing instructions to change things.

Hi Angela,
Super sorry we didn't get your website to where you needed it. That's on us!
In terms of Bluehost, they charge around $30-40 in year 1, and then it should be around $10-12/month in year 2 (which is paid upfront for the year, I believe),
Sorry you found our instructions confusing!
