I had the best experience and couldn't even begin to express the gratitude I have for this company. My screen was gray with an active trade going. Couldn't add contracts or close anything. Support closed my -800 trade and reset both of my accounts (was copy trading) THEN, I linked them again but the totals weren't matching. He said based on good faith, he brought the lower to the higher total! It was a $170+ difference! No other prop firm would have done that and would have blamed the connection or anything else and left it as is. I'll never use another prop firm but this one. In this trading world, many just want your money on failed evaluations and they made it right.

The support from the TFD has been very responsive and effective even during after hours when the support desk is normally closed! Love that. Im new client just signed up a week ago but so far it has been amazing the support even after hours has been amazing some of the best support I have experienced also the dashboard and all the tools to help you become a better trader is great it seems to me there whole business model is to actually help you to become a better trader and want to see you make money the way things are setup not like other prop firms dont want you succeed in the beginning because they just want to collect fees not looking for good traders have to say best prop firm i have dealt with after bad experiences

Considering every single aspect of a company, TFD shines in all of them. The way that you are able to customize your assessment is unlike any other firm I have come across. The overall structure of the assessment is very straightforward and geared to making you a better trader. The path to live is amazing, no sim payout to keep you on the hook. I would have to say the shining star in this company is there customer support. If every company, even those outside of the prop firm space, handled their clients like TFD the world would be a better place. If there is something that you need help with, all you need to do is ask. In terms of caring about the trader for a long-term partnership, TFD reigns supreme. Many firms tout the word "partnership" only to bind the trader in a lopsided power dynamic that feels antagonistic to work within. Not at TFD. If you are serious about long-term success as a trader, you deserve to trade here. Understand what this firm is all about, trade responsibly, and they will take care of you. In terms of a strong foundation for consistent trading success, TFD is second only to your own live account. If one could dream: Please lobby the CME to allow a 90/10 profit split.

Easily the most expensive futures prop firm in the entire industry and it's not even remotely close. They don't allow tradovate And they force you to ONLY base hits even of your profitable strategy is not scalping. If you have a losing day, you can't make up the entire loss plus the base hit the next day. So for every losing day you have, your eval is extended an extra 2 days. It's a black hole unless you're lucky enough to never have a single losing day thru the entire eval. It would be better if they simply had a consistency rule that allowed you larger profits so that if you have a losing day, you can make the entire loss back plus the base hit the next day
Hi Derek, we don't have a partnership with Tradovate right now, it's not that we don't allow it. When an account is in drawdown, we allow a boosted base hit up to 150% of the normal amount until you get back to your highest end-of-day balance, without increasing the overall profit target. Base hits only apply during the assessment and are completely removed once you pass. There are zero consistency rules after you pass. We move traders into live accounts faster than anyone else. Our structure is built around getting more traders live (over 100 a month right now), then supporting them with hands-on coaching, uncapped daily payouts, and access to our CME seats for very low execution fees.
They've answered all my questions and always got back to me within a reasonable time.

I’d say they’re the only firm that actually care about their traders and want them to succeed. I’ve been with a lot of firms, went through sim funded and also live as well but nowhere does it like TFD. They do everything very professional, care and quick. They’re the only firm that I’m with and looking for long term and make them money as well not just for myself, the representative Asher, Dan, Fiel, Brian and Josh always go above and beyond to take care of their trader.

A different experience. They want you to win, not like other prop firms. They give you REAL fund not SIM ! They provide an amazing dashboard includes many features not just trading-journal system. including AI analysis on your trades so you know what to improve in your strategy, Thank you.
