What people say
Grabit in a controlled enviorment
I use "Grabit" pro in a kneemill to remove stripped screws from CNC tooling. using a 9/32 collet and a # "Grabit" proper for the screw size, I secure the tool in the vice with the screw as straight as possible. then align the drill tip side of the "Grabit" to the center of the stripped hole, we are drilling in reverse and at a slow speed. drill to a depth about equal to the length of the tip. flip the "Grabit" bit to the "Grabit" side move the tool into the hole pushing the tool firmly in the hole reverse the spindle again at a slow speed, this causes the tool to grab and reverse the screw out of the hole.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service, really appreciate these people. Homespun, down to earth, real people, and made in America! The product worked as they said it would. Perfect! The improvements that I would suggest: 1. Maybe a little fancier box with the logo and contact information imprinted on it. 2. I have the instructions on the cardboard insert that could peel away but still connected just like the instructions on a bottle of weed killer.
Product I needed
Product I needed, price was right, shipping was fast and no bad issues !
These are garbage
These are garbage. Would not even drill into the stripped head of a drywall screw. Hesitate to use them on anything close to grade 8. If American Made means cheap we will keep buying china. They asked for more details, the things will not work. Will not even drill into soft metals. What more is there to say? Garbage that would not work even once. Still more info or they remove my review? Purchased on ebay from grabit site. No records? Not my problem, people need to know they are purchasing an inferior product. I did not ask for a refund, won't but their products again.

Hi Stan, We're truly sorry to hear about your experience. Our Grabit® tools are engineered and independently tested to meet high standards, including working on hardened fasteners—even Grade 8 in many cases—when used with proper technique. We stand behind our products with a lifetime warranty and support to ensure every customer gets the results they expect. That said, we weren’t able to locate your purchase in our system and noticed your review is marked as organic (non-verified), which makes it difficult for us to fully investigate and resolve this issue for you (as we commit to always do). It’s also worth mentioning that we’ve seen an influx of counterfeit or copycat products that resemble ours but are made overseas with inferior materials. If you did in fact receive a Grabit® Pro kit from us or an authorized seller, please reach out directly—we’d love the chance to make it right. And if this was mistakenly posted for the wrong brand or product, we’d appreciate the clarification. Either way, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. — The Grabit® Team Made in the USA | Lifetime Warranty | [email protected]

Shipping confusion, all made right!
Although there were some initial delays getting an accurate shipping status, the store personnel were quick to respond. Who can control the USPS anyway??? They were so gracious as to refund the shipping costs even though we were both understanding of the USPS challenges. The products I ordered were eventually received and Im axious to go twist off the head of a bolt to try them out!
Ordering was easy and shipping was quick
Outstanding quality
Outstanding quality, shipping, price. Bonus is that it is really an American made tool and American company. Will definitely make friends aware of this company.
