I ordered 1 King fitted sheet, 1 set of pillowcases, and should have received a free Queen fitted sheet. Well the second fitted sheet was listed as queen, but what was in the bag was a fitted sheet that looks like it would not even fit a twin bed. Certainly not a queen.
I first used the pillowcase and socks and fell asleep deeply within minutes. My daughter was was feeling shaky after an ER visit and meds. She put on the socks and all her shakes and anxiety went away and was replaced with calm! Game Changer!! Still working to keep the flat sheets flat with family members who move around a lot!
I tried it last night for the first time, I had a great sleep with no knee pains or rude interruptions during the night from my brain. I have heart problems, so I don’t know if I flew out of bed too quickly at a later hour or whether my sheet and pillowcase may have to part company, hoping as I might, I don’t want to. I was going to try it again tonight and see what tomorrow brings. I must admit I am apprehensive, but it’s great having some sound sleep.
I ordered fitted sheets and pillowcases. I did not notice any reduction in pain, but my sleep was improved. I'm sleeping more through the night than I did before.
They are prompt in their shipping and have quality products. I am excited about the benefits that grounding will bring to me.
Total scam!!! I canceled the order before they shipped it. They shipped it anyway the initial marketing was a scam because they hid the fact that it’s only one sheet until after you already paid for it and then at the end they offer you a top sheet, which is four times the price of other complete sets not to mention it’s only 5% silver and other brand names are 25% SILVER for an entire set of sheets for 120 bucks this is the biggest scam on social media
Bought it for my wife, but after a week I feel in love with it. I wake up refreshed almost pain free and actually want to stay in bed longer. I am a suspicious of everything but this works. Just ordered pillow case for my wife. I should of ordered bundle first. It works
Product was delivered way up in Northern Republic of Alberta. So far so good. Getting better by tge day. Sleeping way better. Not as sore body wise, hips , back etc.
I think that this is a good company with an excellent mission. Its customer service is good too. The shoes I bought didn’t fit me well so I returned them, but I am using the grounding pillowcase and bottom sheet. They have helped me fall right back to sleep after getting up in the middle of the night. Last night, for the first time in a long while, I forgot to plug them in. I realized that this morning. While I slept OK last night, it took me longer to fall back asleep after waking up at 2 a.m. I definitely will plug in tonight!
Not reviewing product, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! This is THE WORST company to deal with when requesting to cancel an order or to receive a refund. I placed an order on April 28, 2026, immediately sent email to cancel order (before receiving order confirmation). It took 10 days for TGC response, another 10 days to receive return mailing address, then ANOTHER 30 days to receive the actual REFUND, less a $30 restocking fee even though cancel order request submitted with 12 hours per Return Policy. From the date of order to date refund received...a total of SIXTY (60) DAYS!!! Be aware TheGroundingCo is in Australia, their office hours are M-F only local time, and depending upon your payment method, with your purchase you may incur a "foreign transaction fee". Will NEVER, EVER purchase anything from TheGroundingCo !!!
I still have back pain. It can’t help my back, it been damage. I was hoping it would.
I bought a pillowcase when I was disabled by a lot of pain. I got more pain from this product. I wanted to return it but it was going to cost me $30 out of the $50 I paid for it. So I chose one of the choices they gave me to keep the product and get 25% back for a refund. I figured by the time I paid for return postage $12.50 would be fairly equivalent. That was the end of May 2026, this is July 8, 2026, and I have not received that refund. It's not worth my time to get that money but I hope no one else will be duped into buying from this company that does not have good customer service. The product comes from China. Does it even really have silver in it??? Good luck.
This company is not reputable. They do not honor their return policy and will not respond to emails. I should have received a full refund of $129.00 for a mattress cover I purchased which was of poor quality. Instead, they told me I would have to return it to an address in China and it would cost me $30!
My sleep has MASSIVELY improved! I sleep deeper and no longer recall my lucid (sometimes annoying) dreams. I’m buying another set as I don’t sleep well on regular sheets anymore!
This is my 5th dispute with this company. They continue to charge me monthly $18.65 since February. I contacted Kerry who I found out is an AI response through Richpanel! I was promised cancellations of any subscriptions and monthly charges. They still continue, so I call my credit card company every month to dispute them.
My wife and I experienced relief of our inflammatory joints and muscle tension, although slight at first, right from the first night. Now, in our second week we fall asleep fast and seem to have a deeper sleep than before. We're both in our mid seventies and find, that we both want to just stay in bed but know that it's been great to get up early and spend our day with less pains and stiffness than we've experienced in a very long time. Thank you Grounding company for these quality sweets. We do have one question though. Do we need to unplug the sheets during the time we are not using them?
This company doesn't read any emails they send you code when you leave to get the code you have to open the aap again losing the first contact and another code goes again to email.no body knows what a tracking number is when you enter the tracking part they ask your #****** order number it asks you for the number . If you google grounding co perth you get a phone number I'm hoping I can get contact with Alameda. No one answers your emails Amanda Amanda Amanda. No such number no such code. Very bad business.. We'll gang up on them
I’ve been afraid to put it on and laying on it so far. I will this weekend and I will adjust accordingly my star rating.
I seem to relax more and fall easier asleep. Still waking up during the night, but less often. I expect with continuing usage of the sheets, that my sleep will extend to longer periods.
This company is a SCAM! Cheap material I wouldnt let my worse enemy sleep on. No directions. A wire that has some unrecognized plug. I hate being ripped off! How can I find these thieves?
