I love that they are genuine, leather and handcrafted. I don't know that I can get closer to the Earth in any other shoe. I'm a size 9, but I went by the recommendations on the sizing chart and ordered an 8 1/2 but it was too small, so my shoe size is normally nine. I would just recommend to buy the shoe size you normally wear I would definitely order more.
I received my grounding sheet on 20th of May. Never washed it before use and used it for about two weeks. After first week it started piling. The feel of those little grains or crumbs were very uncomfortable and disturbing the sleep. On June 3 I contacted the company, explained the situation and asked for instructions on how to return the item and requesting the refund. I’ve sent multiple text messages and emails with requested information: my order number, my email address, pictures of the low quality grounding sheet with those little crumbs or grains obvious on the pictures. Today is June 16 and I still don’t have the information on how to return the product, no return address provided, no refund issued. I wish I can give this company zero stars for product quality, and customer service. I wish I read reviews here and on Reddit. Absolutely utterly disappointed with The grounding Co. and warn everybody never deal with this company. DO NOT ORDER anything from them.

Order process was good. I’ve used the products for two weeks straight and not sure if I have experience better sleep. I left for a two week trip and I’m home again and will use it again. More to come.
I've been using this daily for over a month. I haven't really noticed a decrease in pain but I may have a little more energy. I plan to continue using it to see if the results will be more cumulative.

I ordered the sheets in January with claims of getting a buy one. Get one free which I never got. I actually got charged a double and it is now June and I still have not received my refund since I returned them in February, every time I email they do reply back but it's always saying roughly around the same thing about how they will talk to shipping...about 5 emails!

Was skeptical but was willing to try anything to feel less pain and get better sleep without taking drugs. First night I amazingly felt a difference. One morning, I thought, it's not working anymore - I found it became unplugged. I'm a believer now
I have used the pad only 4 nights. The first night I slept for 6 hours straight with no breaks. Usually nature calls within 3 hours. The next 2 nights were similar. I also have much less "let down" during the day. I remain much more alert and have more energy.
I decided to return the unopened items to the address they gave me in China. Paid for my own return postage. It seems they've since blocked my number as I cannot call them and they are not replying to my emails. Maybe they are short staffed but still, they need to communicate with clients.
I am VERY happy with my sheets. I can definitely tell a difference in my sleep, which I am happy happy about! I gave 4 stars because my mattress must be thicker. They don't cover over the whole thing, however, the sheets work perfectly!! Thank you!!
After using this product for well over one month, me and my wife have better sleep.And her lower back pain has gone away , and I have lower inflammation.
Now on business day 62 (6/5/26)of awaiting a refund since they recieved my never-opened package. Not one person should ever order from this company, unless you want to burn your money. UPDATE: after 72 business days, and sent e-mails to which I lost count...the refund has FINALLY been processed. Will see when it shows in the account.
I wanted to return my order. The product did not suit me. I was told I would have to have a meeting with s return specialist, which I scheduled. I received no call in spite of multiple texts and emails. When I tried to call the customer service number on the website the number was unavailable. I am completely frustrated with this company and will be reporting their horrible customer service to various agencies. I still don't know how to return the sheets.
Clear information made me decide to try the products. 30 days are in and I think it's working. My Garmin has noticed a change in my sleep pattern.
After the first night, I thought I noticed some thing but didn’t want to get too excited but now after over a week, I definitely can say. This is a great improvement on allowing the body to rejuvenate relax and obtain a full night sleep good job grounding Co!! my only concern is, will it still be consistent after several washes as the metals may wear down thus de- creasing the grounding effect?
I tried & tried to get some questions answered on their sheets to no avail. Their website makes many, many claims but none are substantiated???? I've tried to track down the doctor shown as their consultant, a Michael Harris, but was not able to find him or any information about him???? I've tried to reach anyone at customer service with no luck there either???? It's easy to state anything you want about any product you are selling online. I won't be purchasing anything from a company that is out of touch with their potential customers the way they are.
Well it took a bit of phone tagging to finally get my order finalized as the coupon code seemed to not get applied. So once it was ordered with coupon all I received was the sheet and not the free pad that was in the promotion . However, a quick email to the Grounding company had them send out the grounding pad and all Is good with the order. As for the sheets.. Amazing! All I can say is I sleep better, no getting up to the bathroom as much and I really enjoy staying in bed longer. My watch even tells me I am getting better sleep that I have in the past. I’d highly recommend getting these sheets. I’m glad I did!
